Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Bicycles: Two adult size bicycles and helmets
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 906 is located in Building 9 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We had an excellent stay. This property is located in a beautiful area with grounds that are impeccably maintained. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could ever need. We got a lot of use out of the blender! It was so convenient to have access to the beach club. We would love to stay here again!
Great location for us. Lots of outdoor space and out of the wind and quiet. Very relaxing. Management on top of things very clean and organized.
This was a very nicely appointed condo. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the lanai view, the quiet, the kitchen and living room was very comfortable and the outdoor play toys were great. We did cook while we were there and enjoyed the BBQ outside the most! The condo pool is absolutely gorgeous and the rules and regulations keep it very quiet and enjoyable to sit and listen to the rock waterfall. We loved it! Would absolutely stay here again!

The unit is lovely and well maintained. Everything was clean. There is quite a bit of beach equipment in the garage. The photos of the unit are accurate. The downstairs bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower. There is a large medicine cabinet but no counter space. We liked the L-shaped couch in the living room. The rugs don’t have non-skid pads underneath and move around a bit. The lanai is one of the better ones we’ve seen and has a large dining table, one lounge and loveseat/ two chair seating area. One of our party is disabled and we chose this unit because of the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately the shower was smaller than expected and while a shower chair fit in the shower, it was difficult to sit down and move around. We did not use the pool but it does not have an easy entry into the water for someone who is disabled. We like the Mauna Lani area for its walk/roll ability and access to the Fairmont Orchid restaurants. The front entrance has several stairs but the garage entrance has just a low 2 inch step. All of the garages in the complex are narrow- not suitable for an suv.

Perfect Mauna Lani getaway. Great location to the beach and golf. The unit and management were great.
The unit was just as described on the VRBO website. The condo is beautifully appointed with all the cooking equipment you could possibly need. I’m a perfectionist and a bit on the OCD side and felt the unit was clean. We enjoyed our stay during Nov. 11-17, and were excited to see a group of turkeys on the front lawn Upon our return from the pool.. Mahalo
Good overall stay- very responsive manager to needs that were taken care of quickly even on a Sunday. Mattress was definitely on the firm side in the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything that you can possibly need. Perfect space for our group of 2 couples.
We had a wonderful stay! The condo, amenities and management were amazing. Plenty of space, clean and so much to do. Can’t wait to get back!
My daughter and family rented a place in the same unit. It was very convenient. Slightly annoying after a long flight to have to wait until 4:04 to check in on the keypad.
