Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in any open spot. There is no garage access. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Pass provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the Lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
TV: Yes. TV located in Living Room. TV's in Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom

Fairways at Mauna Lani 201 is located in Building 2 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Everything was as it was meant to be - excellent clean home with good amenities.
We had a great stay at a beautiful property. The Beach Club pass and experience was phenomenal!!! Only concern we had was the main floor bedroom was considerable hotter than the rest of the house. We had to run the box fan to make sleeping possible. Second time at the Fairways, will definitely be back to this complex!
The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved having access to the Mauna Lani beach club!

This condo was great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. I find that most places have old pans and kitchen utensils. This place had good quality dishes and pans. I have to make my meals and it was nice to have good equipment. The location made it quick to get to Hapuna Beach and go boogie boarding and snorkeling. The pool was great and a quick walk to get there. We had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place.
Close enough for daytrip drives to north, east, south and west side of course.Loved the location, groceries, shopping and eateries nearby.Best beaches in area, just parking can be an issue.Only complaint on condo was downstairs bedroom was poorly ventilated, otherwise it was lovely, perfectly furnished, needed nothing, greatly appreciated that extra.Great outdoor area and walk to pool is very short.Would definitely stay again.Wonderful staff, thank you
