Guest Access:
Guests at Colony Villas enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site gym within the manicured grounds of Waikoloa Beach Resort. Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.
Other Things to Note:
Exterior painting project has started. The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Lovely condo, great base for our family of four to explore the Island! Very comfortable beds and tidy home. The only recommendation would be to please update the plates and cutlery as there isn't quite a full set of either. Nice pool area and amenities.
Nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities
Property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Only NEGATIVE was that we were told by a property employee that we were being too loud at the pool around 11:30am. My husband was simply playing with our 3 year old daughter. She was not screaming or crying, just playing with her dad in the pool. A little odd and perhaps they should make the pool rule “no children under 10.”
Clean house and quiet area
Beautiful area to stay on the Kahalo coast. Condo was great for two couples as ‘base camp’ for adventure!
This houses was the perfect home base for our two week stay in Waikoloa. The house was very clean and it was easy process to get in and out. The house had everything we needed as far as the basics. There were a lot of empty bottles and boxes of things Fabric softener, ziplock bags, spray n wash. I only note that since I did a quick scan thru the house before shopping only to get back and realize the boxes/bottles were empty with some things. Not a big deal but just a heads up. The home had lots of pool toys for the onsite pool and a few beach chairs but not much for beach toys. Lots of beach towels and pool towels. Blankets and pillows and the beds all super comfy. Property was nice and quiet and perfect for families.
