Emmalani Pool House: Luxury 4BR Princeville Home

We had a great stay! Would stay again and highly recommend to others

We loved our stay! This house is huge and very comfortable. The house and kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 6. Minutes from Hanalei and a grocery store in princeville! About 30 mins from Kappaa, and an hour and some change from Poipu. Would stay again

Had a great time it rained a little bit, but the kids use the pool and the hot tub. Hot tub cover wasn’t on, but I found it over the other side of the wall. Had lots of towels and plenty of beach towels. Only thing we didn’t have was washcloths. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Wonderful experience in the most magical home! Right next to the sweetest shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Felt like the cutest village with a true community feel. The home had everything we could have wanted and more. Truly perfect. Would absolutely return one day!

Amazing stay. House had literally everything we needed. All we had to do was buy food! Such a beautiful house, we didn’t want to leave!

As we were a party of seven, there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy! We had a door lock issue while we were there and the Makana team took care of it promptly and courteously. The house was beautiful and spacious. Also left a small item after departing and Makana offered to mail the item to me. Great customer care :)

House was awesome. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Pool and Hot tub were great too! Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler were very nice touches to have available. Thanks for a great stay!

The family room/kitchen area is huge and we were easily able to gather all together. There is a very large couch positioned to watch the 85 inch TV and we really enjoyed gathering on the couch. The younger kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub so much that they preferred staying at the house over going to the beach. The back yard is open to a frisbee course, so the view is open and green. The beds were good and the master bedroom-bath area is very big. We had a wonderful week and hope to return to this house.

Stayed here with the family. Very clean and comfortable for the 9 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were a big plus. Would highly recommend

The condition was very good and it was clean. It was in a great location, close to Hanalei and other beaches for snorkeling. The property management team were accessible and super friendly for all our requests and questions. Pool was not heated so a little cool in March to get in:) The kitchen was a beautiful chef's kitchen but lacked sharp knives, tupperware and cookie sheets for preparing meals.We took the shuttle to Haena park and Ke'e beach for a day. We also enjoyed the town of Hanalei, the restaurants and the bakery there. We also enjoyed the Saturday marketthere.

We had a great time staying here. I would say things are well worn here and could use a little update for the price of this home. Rental company was super nice and communicative

The property is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood. Quick walk to the shopping center and a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay Area. Other than being short on trash bags, everything was such a joy! Perfect place to get family from around the country together.

Tip, there is a wine fridge and the cabinet next to this has extra plates, serving dishes etc. we only figured this out on the last night. A few more pots and pans in the kitchen would be great.

The three bedrooms for the adults and the loft area for the kids all with very comfortable beds were perfect. The huge kitchen was well stocked and our family enjoyed playing games on the large dining table. We appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chest for our trips to the beach in nearby Hanalai. We did purchase (and left for future guests) four boogie boards to add to the other beach gear. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you again!

This is a beautiful and comfortable house that had everything for a relaxing stay. So much space and an easy location for all North shore activities. We loved the outdoor space. Great family vacation house.

A few fun surprises were the hot tub (which wasn't pictured or listed when we booked), all the beds were King sized (vs one listed as Queen when we booked), and there was a cornhole set in the backyard. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The oven was a little smoky and could use a deep clean, but this wasn't a huge issue. We had some trouble with the wifi but Garden Island Properties was super responsive and helped us get it figured out. We would love to come back another time!

The layout was perfect for all of us to have privacy and also hang out. The nearby basketball court was a huge bonus for our middle schoolers. And our 7 year olds loved the bunk bed roomand toys. It was clean , quiet and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are neatly decorated and the house is clean! My son loved all the space to crawl around and even enjoyed watching the flocks of chickens in the backyard. The vents under the windows provide a nice flow of air through the house but on the windy days/nights it can be loud. Towards the end of our stay the power kept going out but I think it was because of the heavy winds. The pool was too cold but we enjoyed a family hike and dinner instead. I’d definitely book again next time we visit Kaua’i.
