The location was excellent, beautiful views of the sunset, easy walk down to the beach and pool, close parking, nice property pool amenities, excellent security gate staff, fast host responses about check-in issues.

They had all the beach and snorkeling gear you could ever want or need. A great rental experience with spacious accommodations. Perfect for our family vacation!!

We could not have stayed at a better place for us! The condo was so comfy and convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. We had access to a beach, pools and workout facilities that were perfect for our active family.Tim made check-in and check-out effortless. It was such a pleasure spending the week in Wailea. I can’t wait to return to this special place.

Great hosts and great communication. Nice gated condo with beach access and great pool set up on lawn just above beach. Plenty of shade too with the clubhouse by the pool. Unit is well stocked with everything you need. Great location because you can walk to the shops and good food very close. Unit has a bonus rear private patio that stays cool and is a great place to dry equipment and pool and beach stuff. Recommend this unit!

Host was welcoming. Condo was comfortable but air conditioning did not work.

Our family has been coming to Maui for years. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Everything is right there without the the resort vibe.

We had a great time staying in Tim and Alyssa’s condo. It’s so spacious, clean, and well equipped. It’s been updated and the details are well planned for a perfect Maui vacay. It’s close to good dining, beaches, and shopping. We loved the outdoor spaces in both the front and back. The check in and out was easy and everything was well communicated. We will definitely be recommending Tim and Alyssa’s and considering for future stays.

Lots of amenities at this property and the grounds are beautiful. Townhome is in a great location. Close to both Wailea village and Kihei. Took the owners recommendations for dining out and we were not disappointed. Beds are comfortable and towels are plentiful. Unit is further away from the pool than others but you'll get your steps in! Go to the pool early to snag lounge chairs in the shade. Wonderful stay and we hope to get back soon.

In short, amazing! This condo was perfect for our family and in a great location within a gated community. Alisa and Tim communicated with us right after booking, and their recommendations for food and activities were spot on! The condo is roomy and well-stocked with most everything you'll need for your stay, including beach and snorkeling gear, as noted in the listing. We would definitely book again!

Our favorite place to stay!!

Unit was perfect for our 14 day vacation in Maui. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Unit was clean and well stocked with necessities (dishes, pots, pans, etc). Beach gear available for use. We really enjoyed having the option of spending time on the beach or relaxing by the pool with washrooms and kitchen available for guests to use.

We love this property and have stayed in this unit before. It’s perfectly suited for a family vacation, or for just the two of us. My husband and I both have birthdays in February, and it’s really nice to go somewhere warm, with ocean breezes, now that we don’t go on ski vacations anymore.Thanks for having us again!

Lovely condo, perfect for our family vacation (2 adults and 3 young kids). Very well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were great to deal with and excellent communicators. Only mild complaint were some small bugs in the kitchen, but we noticed the traps out. It was a mild annoyance but didn't have a significant impact on our stay. The unit was great as was the complex with short walks to the pool(s), beach and shops of Wailea. Will be back to say here again!

We loved your property for location, vegetation and layout, it accommodated us very well. My son and daughter in law took the front room. Two things of note : the combination to the pool was 1820. I had to ask security for the code. You listed it as 2134. My daughter in law is a coffee person and she was disappointed that there was standing water in the reservoir of the kerurig and a bit of mold around the edges. Everything about our stay at Tim and Alysa’s condo was beyond great! The condo itself was clean, beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable. The location was perfect for every aspect of our stay. It felt like home! Tim and Alysa were amazing hosts and went out of there way to make everything for us perfect! Communication was spot on, directions for everything to use was super easy and attention to detail was incredible. They were very welcoming to us and made us feel like part of the family. We would highly recommend this condo and these hosts! Our stay was magical in every way!

My wife and I and my wife's two sisters enjoy our stay at this condo in Elua. It was quite and very nice. We would stay here again.

We are a family of four (children now adults) who have consistently stayed in the Wailea area. This property was our best Maui experience ever; the complex, the grounds, walking proximity to amenities, the beach, and the amazingly comfortable and well equipped condo were all perfect. Tim and Alisa were super receptive and helpful with a handful of small questions and we appreciated their thorough tips and up to date island recommendations. Great location. Fabulous view from front lanai. Convenient for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, great showers. The owners are very responsive and the local reps very helpful. The Elua property is well maintained and a very pretty setting. Found good Uber service and take-out service from Manoli’s We suggested upgraded bedding for second bedroom and Alisha advises that new comforters have been obtained. There was a bit of a stuffy/musty smell that was stronger in the back bedroom and while the condo itself was clean, some of the glasses and plates needed to go in the dishwasher before being used. Overall, we had a great vacation!
