Ekolu 1602 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the second floor featuring amenities such as three private lanais, air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guestroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The open-concept main living area includes modern furniture with vaulted ceilings and a large flat-screen TV. The unit's bright and airy ambiance is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness and tranquility. A window AC unit and ceiling fans are equipped to keep everyone cool and comfortable.
Retreat to the master bedroom and unwind with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. The master ensuite bathroom includes a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. Inside the guest bathroom, you will find natural lighting and a shower/tub combo. Both of the bedrooms have their own private lanai. For added convenience, pack light knowing that a washer/dryer is included in the unit.
Lush garden views create a serene backdrop on the expansive main lanai. Enjoy meals al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 6. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the tropical ambiance from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances. A kitchen island provides ample counterspace and additional seating for 3.

Clean condo. Good location- close to beaches and Kīhei. Comfy beds. Pool was clean and close to the condo. Too many text messages from property management.
Clean room, nice location, good parking
Place was nice for our trip. Decently clean. Location was ok. We had several issues upon our stay being the ac in one room did not work and it was 80 and sticky while sleeping. I contacted the management who said twice they fixed it but had to keep reaching out because it was not. The WiFi didn’t work our whole trip. Reached out about that on noght one. Nothing. Not to mention I was on this trip for my 30th birthday and since I booked it, I was the one who had to keep having this annoying communication about fixing things that weren’t being fixed. Definitely ruined my trip a little bit.
Fantastic location by Monkeypod, Wailea shops, and Beaches. Used the grill to cook bacon in morning. Check in was slightly confusing, had to call property management line to find the right unit....so its Building 16 you have to drive to for the lot.
My unit was quiet and very clean. Pool was not crowded. I will definitely be a repeat customer. We really enjoyed our stay!
This condo has everything you could imagine at a fraction of the cost of staying at a resort! Everything was perfect!

The condo is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s spacious, plenty of room for our party of 4. I like that it has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus the pull out bed and a washer/dryer inside the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and we loved having laundry. Appreciated the welcome gift with starter coffee. Beautiful grounds with ocean views along the walking paths. We loved this rental! It is just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. The location is great, just a walk away from the Wailea Monkeypod restaurant and other great food and shopping. The pool was also recently remodeled and very warm! Maui Paradise Properties are the best property managers we’ve ever worked with through VRBO. They are rapid and thorough communicators, which made the entire process easy-breezey!
The unit was amazing - clean, quiet with a big lanai for family meals. We had an absolutely incredible stay and would recommend to anyone.
