Ekahi 20b is a 1 bedroom / 2 bath, tastefully decorated condo in the LOWER VILLAGE of the Ekahi complex, at the bottom of the hill and closest to the beach. In fact, it's only a 2 minute walk to the world renowned Keawakapu Beach so you can maximize your time there for early morning swims, beach time during the day, or enjoying the beautiful Maui sunsets and evening strolls. You can also hear the waves break from the lanai!
One of the largest 1 bed / 2 bath condos in Ekahi (1180 sq. ft.), this fully equipped retreat has been remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors, coastal-inspired furniture and colorful art. Enjoy two connected lanais (retiled 2024) situated off a private garden, with a peek-a-boo ocean view through a lush bouganvilla hedge and swaying Palm trees beyond the lawn area.
Being so close to the beach, you'll be lulled to sleep at night by the sound of the waves in the comfortable California King size bed and new bedroom furniture (2024). Should you need it, the new queen sofa bed (2024) provides extra room for a child or adult guest, with the second bathroom closeby that provides plenty of privacy for everyone.
Brightly painted, the unit features recessed lighting as well as hardwood and tile floors throughout. The condo is outfitted with 2 new Fujitsu split air conditioners (2021), celing fans in both the great room and bedroom, internet access with free wi-fi, two LED tvs, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large washer/dryer and a pirnter / fax should you need to do a little work. The condo also has a Sonos wifi music system with speakers throughout, to set the perfect ambience.
Both bathrooms have granite counter tops, Italian tile, with a rain shower in the primary bathroom for a tropical treat, plus large closets and changing areas. In addition, the condo has plenty of beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, toys and beach food carrying cases) in a storage cabinet on the lanai as well as comfortable outdoor furniture to truly enjoy the Hawaiian lifestyle.
Ekahi village is only one of four oceanfront condo complexes in Wailea. The main pool and pavilion, remodeled in 2020, are on the beach, and offers front row seating to breaching whales in the winter and breath-taking sunsets all throughout the year. Ekahi is a low rise condo complex consisting of 54 buildings on 34 acres, with walking paths and lush, tropical flowers and foliage throughout. Besides the main pool, there are 3 smaller, quiet pools in the complex (one just outside building 20), as well as a pickleball court nearby.
Ekahi 20b has it all.

Great location, nice place.
Everything about the condo was great; from the location (very close to the beach!) and facilities (our toddler loved the pool) to how well equipped and comfortable we were staying there. Ken was a great host and was proactive reaching out before check-in and provided all the information we needed to get around the Ekahi village. On the last day of our stay, we got caught in the tsunami warning effecting all the islands. Ken was really awesome checking up and we were able to extend an extra night which was a lifesaver. We would definitely book to stay here again!
Beautiful condo with a lovely lanai. Nicely furnished with all the amenities you need. Very clean and spacious enough for the two of us.
The property was perfect for the two of us. Mornings on the lanai, followed by daily walks on the beach and at the end of the day a refreshing splash in the quiet pool adjacent to 20B! Convenient to many wonderful restaurants and my wife found lots of places to shop! Perfect location convenient to an amazing beach!
This was our 4th trip to Ekahi Village, and our new favorite rental. This beautiful and quiet condo is ideally located near main pool and beach. The condo is very well equipped, very clean and we loved having 2 bathrooms both with showers! The King bed was extremely comfortable! The lanai was a big plus, comfortable seating and great place for our morning coffee and wonderful to watch sun go down in the evening! Thank you Ken… it was everything we wanted and and more!!! Will definitely book it again if we come back to Maui!
We had a lovely week at this property. The location within the complex is wonderful. The lanai is private with lots of seating options. It is not ocean front but you can hear the waves and it''s only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach/main pool. There is also a small "quiet" pool just steps from the unit. Lots of beach toys/chairs to use. Super comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen.
Have stayed here a number of times. Always glad to be back.
Our stay was wonderful. The condo is a bit tired, but the location and the communication with the owner made up for that.
The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and comfortable. It was in a fabulous location, with a 2 minute walk to beach or pool and it was close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Although this is subjective, our only recommendation would be to update the bed, it was a little uncomfortable.
My husband and I stayed in 20B and loved the condo and the patio. Other family members stayed in other units and we met for dinners at the pavilion. Wonderful vacation.
