*NEW* Princeville Home with Waterfall Views, Hot Tub and Gear

This is a beautiful home in a great area that had helpful amenities (such as surfboards, boogie boards, etc). The AC unit for the upper level was leaking when we arrived and we had to turn it off. Although we contacted customer service daily, it was not fixed and no accommodations were offered. It was over 80 degrees for our entire stay in the upstairs bedroom and all of the common areas (living, dining, kitchen) which was uncomfortable even with fans. A small refund was given, but a fix or portable AC unit during our stay would’ve been appreciated- we just could not get communication from the local office. It was disappointing for what we paid.

Great house for 3 couples, great location. Host was responsive to questions prior to arriving, but during our time there (4 nights) the few questions I sent dealing directly with the home went unanswered. One thing to note : the A/C Is mini-splits. 2 out of 3 bedrooms has them but the upstairs has one mini-split in the living room for the whole upstairs and none in the upstairs bedroom. The guests in this room got by with multiple fans but I think adding a mini split to this room would make for a more comfortable stay as the weather was quite humid. Home advertised a bbq grill that didn’t work and threw a wrench in our meal planning; fortunately they sent a very small refund to compensate which was kind but would have rather had a functioning grill or just a heads up that the grill was not currently available and we would have meal planned accordingly. All in all, I think there are other 3 bedroom rentals in the area that I would check out before returning to this one.

Fantastic 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the Princeville Shopping Center and just a short drive to Hanalei and several different beaches. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and AC in the rooms kept everyone cool at night. The abundance of windows on the second floor let in tons of light and provided excellent views of the garden landscape in all directions. We enjoyed the use of the beach equipment as well as the ping pong table in the garage.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Awesome location, plenty of space and tons of gear to help you enjoy island activities. We loved it!

We had a great vacation. The house was very nice and fully stocked with everything you need. A couple of minor things would have made this a 5-star review. A few times we wanted to sit outside, but the cushions on the chairs are very dirty. I would suggest keeping them inside so when someone wants to use them they are clean. Also, some of the lights in the house didn’t work-over the stove and over the large kitchen island. Otherwise great house. Location was perfect for us as well.

Situated conveniently in the neighborhood, walking distance to Princeville shopping center. The home was clean, well appointed comfortable, and came with more convenience and recreation items than most places we’ve booked recently from the kitchen, to the garage with all the beach gear you need, extra fridge, and generous number of towells for bathrooms and the beach.

Everything was perfect! This was exactly what I envisioned for our family vacation. The house was clean and stocked with all the essential needs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, firepit, soaking tub, ping pong table, kayak, etc. We cooked many meals in the amazing kitchen and appreciated the outside lanai with the string lights. So peaceful sitting out there being located at the end of the culdesac. The house is so beautiful and we enjoyed every minute being it in, we didn't want to leave. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife tore her Achilles tendon and we finished our trip staying here. Getting upstairs is difficult, but at least the downstairs is lovely. We would stay here again.

we spent a week at this property. great location near beaches, restaurants, grocery store and there is a park just behind the property that was great for our 3 year old. they had gear for the beach including towels, boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the hot tub. would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning house in the Princeville area of North Shore Kauai, and I can't recommend it enough! We loved unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring, and the gas grill was perfect for our BBQ nights. The location is unbeatable! Just steps away is the local Saturday farmers market, where we enjoyed fresh produce and local treats. The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently nearby, offering everything from fitness studios to a variety of restaurants, including a great breakfast spot that we frequented. For a touch of luxury, the 1Hotel is just a short drive away. We indulged in their high-end cocktails and breathtaking views while savoring their breakfast buffet—definitely a must-try! If you're a golf enthusiast, the Makai Golf Course is nearby, offering a picturesque 18-hole experience that’s perfect for a day out with friends. Overall, our stay in this beautiful home was a dream come true. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this location has it all. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kauai!
