The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project. Enjoy this newly remodeled corner unit, with
outstanding views of Diamond Head, and a spectacular view of the ocean! The
entire unit has been completely remodeled, and new furniture added in April of
2019. You'll love the fully-equipped kitchen which includes refrigerator,
range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. It will be your
home away from home.
The living room of this Waikiki vacation condo features 2 sofas that convert
to beds, and a new King sized mattress in the bedroom. Sit back and relax
while you either watch the waves from the lanai, or watch HD TV on the new 50"
screen. Since this is an end unit, you will have extra space in your living
area for maximum relaxation and comfort.

Property Manager at The Waikiki Banyan
Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby
s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,
saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Property
Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free
Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and
cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with
provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
line, Property Manager ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. If the Waikiki
Banyan condo isn't available, feel free to inquire about other fantastic

instructions. We have an office located in the Waikiki Banyan which is open
9:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Sat and 12:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday if you need

The location was good. The unit wasn't as nice as expected. Shower/bathroom is tiny. No dishwasher detergent provided, so washing dishes by hand was annoying. Might have been an honest mistake, bc laundry detergent was there, but there is not a w/d in the unit.
Location is perfectly just a block from Waikiki beach.
The Banyan's location in Waikiki makes hot spots a short walk away. The two fold-out futons in the living room were perfect for our teen and 8 year old. The views from this condo are amazing - ocean and Diamond Head sunrises. It's not the Ritz but it's convenient, clean and definitely does the trick for smaller families. Wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults and 2 kids. With the new no short term regs in Honolulu, the Banyan condos are a great alternative to squeezing into an expensive hotel room(s). Would stay here again.
The place itself is beautiful, wonderful downtown Waikiki location, within walking distance of everything. Free parking was absolutely the best to have! The major complaint we had was the check-in process. It still needs to be streamlined. You are dealing with several companies with this place. We had early flights in and checked to see if we could have an early check in via email (VRBO/RedAwning) they told us to check with property management closer to our stay (Koko Resorts or Waikiki Bayan hotel- unsure at that point). Upon arrival at Waikiki Bayan hotel I asked the girls at the front desk to direct us who to talk to about checking in, we are told to go to Tower 1, level 5 for Koko Resorts Vacation Rentals, there I found a sign on the door that indicated they had moved offices and to call a phone number. I call the number, get a voicemail and leave a very detailed message and never, ever received a return call at any point during our stay. At this point, the only information I had was, that we could check into our room after 4pm, BUT, no where had I received ANY information as to WHAT our room number was ANYWHERE. We wait an hour for a callback and never receive one from Koko Resorts, so I call RedAwning and finally receive an answer, the individual is able to tell me the room number and it was still being cleaned at that time and would call me back when it was done. We never received a call. So we just did other things until 4pm and then returned to the hotel. That whole process was very frustrating and I hope it can be learned from and further streamlined for future guests, because the place is really nice. The other thing that was never mentioned, and was told to us by the garage attendant, is, inside the room are keys hanging up that you will need at night because the rooms to elevator doors in the garage are locked at night and those keys open the doors. The third thing that needs to be addressed, in the emails sent through VRBO, check out says 9:00am, in the rule book on the kitchen table, one side says checkout is 10:00am and directly on the other side says 11:00am. **The bathroom faucet does need to be fixed, half sprays out the faucet and the other out the shower when you use it, that should be any easy fix though. We really did love the place, it had lovely views, the location was wonderful, we felt safe, parking was great, and minus the hiccups for check in, we highly recommend it!
The Banyan has a great location and met all our needs. Two negatives: (1) some of the elevators were out of service at times and (2) the water was shut off in our unit for several hours one day due to repair work.
Was a nice corner unit. Pictures are accurate. Nice ocean view from entire unit. Overall we were happy staying here and would stay again in future.
The condo was nice and had a great view. It is a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Very central to all stores, shops, activities. The garage is low but fit our jeep just fine. We got late checkout and they were very accommodating to that. This unit is right next to laundry and trash shoots so cleanup was a beeeze! The full kitchen was a huge plus and we loved sitting out on the balcony.
Great location, well equipped, comes with all supplies, spotless on arrival. Would stay here next time we are in HNL.
Lovely unit but overall building needs a lot of TLC. This unit was immaculate, but the elevators, hallways, pool, sauna area and parking lot were in need of major renovation.
