Deluxe High-Level Condo with Beautiful Ocean View, Free parking & Wi-Fi
Aloha and Welcome to Koko Resorts! We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us for your Hawaiian Vacation!
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
This gorgeous 31st floor condo has views of Waikiki, a sweeping view of the ocean, and is only a few blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This unit comes with a fully furnished, freshly renovated kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen has a dining table and chairs for a great dining experience while you stay with us! Sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes pull-out sofa, a reclining chair, and a large TV. The lanai includes a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the surfers ride the waves!
This unit has a great bedroom with King-Sized Bed and a great view. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a gorgeous white marble countertop and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a closed off private toilet and a great standing shower with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.
This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!
Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan
Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance line, Koko Resorts ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The property's view is outstanding! We loved our stay.
Unfortunately our stay was not great. It was interrupted by a noisy construction emergency for 2-3 days to the condo near our rental. We had to leave and find other accommodations. We spent a lot of money on the rental and were treated like sorry, but not our fault. After much back and forth they did offer a small discount for one night of the stay, not enough to compensate for the inconvenience in my book. Overall since the issue described in this review was not addressed to our satisfaction I can’t give it a good recommendation. Plus, the building is pretty old and the elevators malfunctioned, and the surrounding area was sketchy. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the ocean view off the balcony was nice.
No issues, no surprises, Nice!
Overall everything was good. Good location for Waikiki access. Things were pretty much expected from pictures. Was a little suprised about small things like a detailed cleaning being needed.
Seamless check in. Beautiful clean property with an ocean view. 5 min walk to the beach. Many great restaurants and food trucks just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely be coming back.
Pros: good communication and customer service with owner/managers, great view on 31st floor, parking easy, and location is perfect for us. Cons: AC leaks onto lanai. No fitted sheets on bed, kind of a hassle.

The unit was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, convenient for garbage disposal, the property management company was good. View from the lanai is solid. The whole unit itself is tired and dated (separate from the common areas, also tired). The bathroom was particularly rough. The pictures are forgiving. Overall, not bad and location is top notch.

A long block & a half to the beach. Spotty elevator service so be sure to allow extra time. Unit itself was very clean and partial view of ocean was nice waking up to. Well stocked for arrival. Condition of moldings & door jams, particularly around the bathroom, certainly gave away its age.
The unit was beautiful! We’ve stayed at the Waikiki Banyon before and Love the location. The building has been recently painted and this unit is completely remodeled! Would definitely stay in this unit again!
