NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) Queen beds with private lanai with ping pong table.
The 4th bedroom with (2) TwinXLs that can be joined to make a King (with a gel topper included).
An additional Rollaway can be brought for an 11th person (best suited for a child)
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 8 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable couches in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Enjoy views of the Mauna Lani golf course and distant Kohala mountain from the lanai. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Excellent communication. Loved all the extras, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, bikes, even spices. Very clean, beautiful rental
I could not have asked for a better property to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday with our family! Everyone audibly gasped when they walked into the house for the first time. The grand living space is so beautiful and made group breakfasts and dinners a breeze. You enter the house on the second level where the living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room, balcony with outdoor dining and bbq, and finally the second room with an en suite. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs. Each room was spacious and beautifully decorated. All 8 adults were comfortable in their respective rooms. The larger resort community is incredible. The beach club was perfect for a beach day and we spent two days just doing that. There is a black sand beach on the resort that is a must see! There is a grocery store walking distance from the house with everything you could need for your stay. The gated community that the house is in was also amazing. We loved the pool and jacuzzi facility. We would 100% stay here again if we find ourselves on the Big Island.
Absolutely loved this place! See had a great time
Everything about the house was amazing. The community pool was a huge disappointment. It started out crystal clear, but as the week went on it got greener and greener. You could see the film on top of the green water from sunscreen, lotion, hair products. Every time we swam, there were clumps of hair. We love pools on vacation and this is a big deterrent.
We had a great stay at both the Daydream Villa and Serenity Villa at Kamilo. there were 21 of us so it took both properties which were just across the street from one another.Both homes were beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for grabbing, coffee, groceries and easy access to the nearby beaches. Communication with property managers was easy-any questions were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood and home is just amazing. I have stayed in this neighborhood in the past and this home excelled in view (golf course) and lanai. privacy and altogether beautiful home. Management is very reactive to any issue you may have. We would love to return for another family trip.
This home is well designed. We had 4 couples, all family. Well stocked kitchen, full supplies of spices, and a garage loaded with snorkel and beach gear.
We loved staying at Serenity Villa. The home is lovely- very comfortable and well equipped- with everything we needed for a weeks stay at the beach. The snorkeling and beach gear were particularly appreciated. We cooked a lot and the kitchen set up and cookware suited our group of 9 very well.

Our home was well appointed and set up wonderfully for our family. We had four adults and four children, with age ranges from 3 to 12..The master upstairs, the main floor was separate from the downstairs other three bedrooms, which was perfect for us grandparents!!!The pool and clubhouse were wonderful, and the private beach was super safe for the little ones!The property management was super helpful, very engaged, and provided wonderful customer service:)I will definitely be a repeat customer when we are ready to travel again with family!

Nice place to gather and have your own space
My family of 7 adults and 4 children stayed here and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, has all of the amenities advertised, and is close to the beach, scuba docks, and other activities on the Kona side.

The property is spacious and the garage is stocked with beach gear and adult and child bikes. Great secure gated community in Kohala coast. Access to Mauna Lani beach club with its great beach was a great plus.
The house was excellently equipped and we enjoyed the convenience of the utilities. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a calm ambience. The bathrooms were very spacious and nice. Overall, an amazing stay that truly made our vacation enjoyable and special.
This property was perfect for our stay in Kona. It was exactly as described in the listing and the photos were very representative of the place. It was clean inside upon check in and all of the electronics / appliances were in working condition. The team that managed the check in made our experience very easy and were extremely responsive.
We ranged in age from 14 to 88 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house is gorgeous , has all amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Cooking at home is a pleasure in that kitchen! Mahalo. ps we rented a golf cart during our stay, and it as really nice to have for quick jaunts to the beach,grocery store, etc
