A Cozy and Romantic Studio at Heart of Waikiki

Had an everything we needed, close to everything and great pool and hot tub area.Great three days before our cruise.

It's cozy and perfect for 2 people. There is food truck right across the street . The pool area is really nice with hot tub and bbq area. The beach is just 15 minute walk from this place.

Frank was amazing! The room was cozy and cute. Everything was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The price was amazing and it was close enough to walk to downtown. I would highly recommend this studio and will use it again in the future.

This was a cute little apartment. Very clean. The owner was very sweet and went overboard to make sure we were comfortable. Very good communication, just checking in to see if we were happy, giving us clear instructions and guidance. Very appreciated. Loved all the food trucks very close by. Good location. Felt safe. We rented a car right downstairs. Very convenient. You can’t beat the price for this location. We were very happy here and recommend it!

This was the perfect stay for me and my sister while visiting Oahu!! Conveniently located, close to shops, beaches, and just across the street from the parking lot full of food trucks!! 7/11. Plus Frank the owner was super nice and helpful. Would totally recommend this place!!

Very good and relaxing stay at Frank’s vacation rental. Everything I needed was on the apartment, exercise room, fitness, laundry and a darling cafe in the building. Bus stop 1 block away. Car rental available. Food trucks across the street. A newly cleaned and green Canal behind us. Awesome!

The room was unsanitary, linens were not clean, bathroom was filthy and massive hair everywhere. The bed had a fitted sheet and no other bedding was made on the bed. The sheet had body fluid strains. Food and hair in drawers where dishes were. We did not stay. Refused. The owner said he would refund my account and then turned around and changed my account full $$$ for one night. Will not answer text or have anything to do with me.

It was amazing! We got help every time we ask. Next time honolulu we will come back :) thanks for everything!

Stayed here for a conference visit. Location was super close and walkable to the conference convention center and easy to walk to Waikīkī, food spots and beaches too. Frank was super friendly and responsive during my stay. Would stay again!

If you're trying to do Honolulu on a dime, Frank's studio may be the perfect solution. Imagine a Hong Kong apartment with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave, and tea kettle, space-saving storage racks, a fold down table, and most of the necessary amenities you could want, located on the most convenient side of Waikiki. Frank met us at the curb and helped us get comfortable as we moved in, showed us the pool and laundry riim, and helped us spot a parking spot across the street. Hotel parking is astronimical, but with a pleasant half-mile walk you can park for free around the Hilton Hawaiian lagoon--six hours between 6am (I think) and 10pm. And you can park all day and night at the marina next door for $1 per hour. If your very lucky, you might find street parking across the street, but the meter cops will be waiting to ticket you at 6am! Although we never tried them, the food trucks on the corner are a nice boon.

This property is extremely close to the convention center, the shops downstairs were very convenient, and the host was pleasant and helpful

Simple studio with bath with a location that can't be beat. Perfect for a couple that just wants a good place to sleep.
