AC!! Stunning Ocean Views - Walk to the beach #133-134

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures look. It was the perfect place for a week long stay in beautiful Princeville for our group (mom and 3 grown sons). The living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning units were very useful and were much appreciated by our group. The views from the unit are amazing. Hideaway beach is within walking distance (including a climb down a steep trail but a fantastic little spot); Hanalei is a short drive down the road and offers amazing restaurants. There are activities and hiking trails nearby that we enjoyed all week. This was the perfect choice for our Kauai once in a lifetime vacation. The drive to the other parts of the island were very doable as well.

This lovely property is everything you would want for a gorgeous view and comfortable stay. I took my dad for a week and he is now booking another stay for 2 weeks in 2027 to take his Canadian lady love to enjoy what he said was the best place he ever stayed at.

This property was just as pictured, with a beautiful ocean view. It was well very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Very clean as well. Great spot for 2 couples traveling together as well as families. Loved watching the birds around the neighborhood and the easy access to the beach. We had great snorkeling there one day…saw 7 sea turtles and lots of beautiful fish!

Loved the great ocean view, right from the breakfast nook and bedroom windows. Whale watching made easy .

Absolutely look forward to returning. Unit was as desceibed and pictured. Kitchen was well equiped and clean! We appreciated the beach toys and chairs! View was amazing.

Had an excellent stay at this property. It is walkable to a number of beaches. The property has nice view of the ocean, but not of Hanalei Bay. We could walk around the corner and see Hanalei Bay though and saw one of the best sunsets in Princeville. There were beach chairs, snorkel gear (in a number of sizes), boogie boards, and even an umbrella at the condo for us to use in a number of sizes which was very convenient. Also, plenty of beach towels for our use. We took the beach chairs every night to see the sunsets which were amazing. About a 50 yard walk around the corner. The condo was in excellent condition and would definitely would stay here again.

I loved the ease of access to parking, being able to walk the exercise path, the condo's location (I particularly liked being on the corner), the quiet, and also being able to see the sunset, which was nearby. I did not take any photos. Not too big on pictures!

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.

Location is 10/10. Communication 10/10. Beautiful view from the unit. Close to beaches, golf, Hanalei Bay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to others.Wish I had known there would be construction in the unit above and re-roofing project on buildings across the lawn during our stay.

My daughter and I had the best Kaua’i experience and our accommodations were great. The views were amazing and access to the pool and beach were very nice to have. I can’t wait to come back someday.

This condo is in the absolute best location. Enjoyed the views and everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion I would have is to have a few more small containers with kids for packing snacks and such to the beach. The beach that is just down the path was great and we loved it. Thank you again.

Lovely views from this unit. Well appointed. No direct beach access as stated. Clean with a few electrical issues. Electrical outlets in kitchen were unsecure. Updates to the tv and cables needed as they were frayed. Was never able to speak with owner, but the manager was fast to respond about the excessive morning noise which was surprising. Tree clean up in the lot at 7am with constant beeping. Manager responded quickly with apologies but said that's part of the island. Then a helicopter landed to pick up a group of people from the golf course across from the unit. Was told by staff and groundskeepers that the private helicopters can land there to pick up golfers. Only happened once. However the manager stated it was probably an emergent pickup. The locals working there, very knowledgeable, stated that the noise is actually a daily issue but in brief bursts. 8am bush trimming outside the unit windoby staff waking up the house. Remodeling noise. ool key worked for the first 5 days & stopped. There was construction at the pool which was not told to us. They did respond quickly to say it does work. We tried again but the door my arthritis could not manage it anymore. I finally gave up trying to make the stay less noisy but that's was what i came here for. Quiet. Didn't really happen. If you like activity and a busy condo unit, this is for you. Grounds are stunning. Beware of the overwhelming amount of Nene feces and they will come in the unit if you open the screen.

Clean, well stocked condo in a nice location. Already rebooked for next year.

The owners were extremely considerate. It was well stocked and maintained with plenty of living accommodations for us to be very relaxed and we are so thankful.

Condo was run down. Many items loose and or not working at all. Repair to couch took several days. Not recommended.

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time at the condo. it was incredibly well stocked with appliances. lots of recreational gear as well. Great info on where to park as the signage in the resort is not too clear. we were a bit concerned with a bottom unit but there was little walking traffic in front of us. we loved the place!

A beautiful place in a great location. Only deduction was for noise and smoking from upstairs neighbors.

This property blew us away. The views were incredible. The pool was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, and had amazing amenities. We were lucky to find such a perfect spot.

The view from this property was stunning clifftop property where we were able to watch the whales from the dining area. The property was well equipped with everything a family may need for their trip to Hawaii from snorkel gear, beach chairs & umbrellas, binoculars and more!. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to entertain the family for a multi-week vacation. Just minutes away from one of the most picturesque towns in all of the Hawaiian island "Hanalei". Grocery store only minutes away as well. The only downside is if you plan to visit the entire island it is not centrally located. It's the perfect location if you plan to stay solely on the Northshore of the island. Very happy with our stay

Wonderful location, very quiet, peaceful and private. The condo was well appointed and had everything you might need—but don’t forget to bring your own coffee! We loved this place and hope to be repeat customers in the years to come.

Pali Ke Kua was the best property we have stayed at during our visits to the Hawaiian Islands. Located in walking/biking distance to everything we needed for our stay!

Great location and really quiet. All amenities one needs plus sone. It was perfect for our family of four. Totally recommend if you want a special place to forge memories. would need plus. Grest

This unit is spacious and very well laid out . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well-stocked . There is no grill on property so cooking is limited to oven and cooktop , not ideal for summer meals . No review of this place could omit mentioning the gorgeous view and lovely setting . It felt very private . I would hesitate to bring small children due to the proximity to the steep cliffs . A little later checkout would be helpful as getting all the towels and linens washed by 10 was rushed and a bit stressful .

We loved our stay here. The apartment had great views and beach access. The pool was a plus for the kids. The location was ideal for exploring the North Shore. A short walk across the lawn and we could watch the sunset over Hanalei Bay. Well equipped with beach and snorkel gear. It would be hard to ask for more!

Location was perfect for our group, away from the crowds. Beautiful property. Loved the ground floor unit, ease of access with suitcases and groceries. Would definitely stay here again. Aloha and Mahalo.

We had a 14 day stay and loved every minute of the trip!! The rental was super clean and had everything we needed, plus the a/c worked perfectly to keep us cool when the trade winds died down. No issues all, we are looking to book again!! Thank you!!

This location was perfect for us! We focused our time on the Northside and enjoyed ourselves immensely!

We love this unit!!!!! We have been there several times. We love the A.C. units, decor, cleanliness and location. The only thing I would suggest would be updating the mattresess in the 2nd bedroom. We look forward to visiting again. Aloha! Warm Regards, Debbie Brazill

Excellent location- close to pool, can walk to cool snorkeling beach, swim with sea turtles! Had everything we needed.

Our family had a great time staying here in Princeville! We had amazing views of the sunset each night. We enjoyed a small hike to a hidden beach just down the cliffs. We had all that we needed provided to us to enjoy our time on the beach. We would happily stay here again!

This condo is wonderful and the property is gorgeous. Sunsets & sunrises are beautiful and a big highlight. The beaches in the area are amazing. We loved the walk to our condo with the beautiful landscaping all around us. thanks! T

Nice layout with a great view. We liked the layout and the condo came with everything we needed for the beach. We had a couple of questions and the property manager was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and afternoon enjoying the beautiful scenery. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The week ended too soon!

We would do anything to be back there right now! My family of five had a perfect stay! The morning greeting from the Nene was so special. We enjoyed walking around the property and taking in all the views. If we make it back to Kauai we would love to stay at this property again.

Very nice! The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were on opposite sides, each with a private bathroom. It would work for a family with children.

This unit was exactly as described. It was clean, quiet, and very well appointed. The directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. We had a couple of minor issues, but Kristine, the property manager, was very communicative. We stayed over the holidays, which complicated things a bit in terms of maintenance, but Kristine was very apologetic and did her best to get the issues addressed and taken care of. We still had an awesome time! Overall, this is a wonderful property and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
