We had another wonderful family vacation in BT404. The unit is in a perfect location for the Koi feeding events each day as well as close easy access to the fabulous pool and gorgeous, uncrowded sandy beach. This is our second time having a two family gathering at the KoOlina Beach Villas, This time with 21 people and multiple units. Moms, Dads, kids and Grandparents. We highly recommend Renu’s unit and look forward to returning again and again.Renu, our host is always very responsive to any request. There are many extras, lots of beach towels, cart to wheel the beach toys and the many chairs for use at the beach….and watching the sunrise and sunset.

Fantastic location, can’t beat the closeness to the beach without all the busyness of other hotel guests. The lagoon waves were calm. Great for little kids, although my teens wished for a little more action. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cart for our stay which came in handy. Rooms were comfortable, condo clean and quiet, and communication was fantastic. Fitness center was a bonus. A special spot!

The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6. The balcony was my favorite part given the size and view. The location is great being so close to the beach, and it was really quiet. Beds were super comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

The views from the lanai of this condo are stunning.Our family of five stayed for 13 days and we had a great time. Each room is laid out very well to allow separation and some privacy.The amenities were fantastic and included storage containers for food, spices, foil etc. The cleaning crew that came in half way through our trip did a very thorough cleaning of all areas of the condo.The host was very accommodating and allowed us to have a later check out due to our late flight home.This condo gets a 5 plus star rating by the entire group.Penny

The most stunning sunsets from the lanai! The pictures do not do it justice. From the moment we walked into the condo and opened the door to the lanai, it was just beautiful!We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai with the most amazing views during our week long stay. Check in was quick and easy. Stuff was great! The condo had everything you need, beach towels and chairs, a wagon to take all items to the beach, cooler, kitchen had all cooking utensils, rice cooker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cleaning essentials and much more!The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. Bath towels were provided. Washer in dryer in the condo was a plus! We had an amazing stay! With the beach just steps away from the condo, sitting at the beach till sunset, then off to the pool and finishing off by relaxing in the jacuzzi! The beach lagoon was much quieter than the surrounding resorts which was nice. Relaxing bar with nightly entertainment near the pool area. Highly recommend this condo, we loved everything about it.

Beautiful property; well maintained

This property was gorgeous. We took extended family and had our own private spaces when we wanted. The condo had great views of the ocean abd the balcony was inviting in the early morning and into the evening. There dining options and shopping near by. It was a food base for our daily excursions. Would highly recommend.

The bedrooms were great; and the kitchens and baths had everything. Towels and bedding was also greatWe had previously stayed at the Marriott next store; and the experience at this property was better

We had a wonderful stay. Communication from our host was great. Check-in was seamless. The unit was clean and fully equipped with all we needed.

We cannot say enough great things about this property at KoOlina! This is our second time here and our new favorite, every condo here is great but this one is a step above, SO much space for everyone, gorgeous views, all the amenities. We love coming here and can’t wait to come back. The condo is even better than the pictures and our hosts were so helpful and accommodating. I’d give it 10s if I could!

This place was amazing! The views, the staff, everything was perfect!

The villa exceeded my expectations. From the well-appointed bedrooms to the main living area, everything was top notch. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The grounds were beautiful.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the ocean—being able to look out at it each night and wake up to the peaceful sound of the waves every morning made our mornings so special. I also loved taking a walk along the ocean every day—it was such a relaxing way to start the day.While we had an overall great experience, there were a few things we wished were different. Both bathtubs were a bit too fancy to be practical; one had a slow drain, and the other was just a bit too complicated to use comfortably. Additionally, the washer was broken, and we were missing grilling utensils, which would’ve been helpful for some outdoor cooking. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider coming back!

The property is great! We had 5 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone in our villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We especially loved the lanai for relaxing. Easy walking to other hotels, restaurants and shops.

We ALL loved staying at this condo. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. The complex, including the pool and beach, were perfect for our 2 year old and 9 year old. I hope to return in the near future. I recommend this condo without reservation!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect accommodation than this one! The location, view, cleanliness, prompt responses to all questions, amenities, etc., were top notch. The property was super clean, easy to check in , spacious and had everything you would want . It was quiet, not crowded like surrounding areas and had a lovely pool bar.easy check in.

Excellent villa, superb location, easy logistics and check in/out processes. We couldn't ask for much more. Highly recommend to those with larger parties looking for a relaxed time.

We had the best time staying here at Ko Olina. The place was the perfect combination of “hotel/resort” feel and private residence. We had 4 adults, 1 teenager and two babies (2 years and 5 months) and we all had plenty of space! The place came equipped with all the necessities- beach chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler, wagon, etc. The host was great and quick to respond. We spent time at the pool, at the beach (lagoons), and traveling around to see North Shore, Pearl Harbor, and other destinations. Ko Olina was a great hub, nothing was too far away. It had a cute shopping center within walking distance for shopping and food options. The Disney resort and four seasons are also within walking distance for other options. My husband golfed the Ko Olina course and would high recommend. Would 10/10 recommend!

Needed WiFi password. Didn’t work the whole time. Dishwasher didn’t work. Beautiful view, fun for the kids. Owner was good. Management company never responded to my questions after checkin.

Home away from home! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The access to beaches, pool, and short walk to stores. Perfect location! Thank you for the wonderful communication, beautiful condo, and kindness! We will be back!

We just got back from a weeks stay and were in love with the rental! Renu was very quick to get back to us on all questions and was very kind and pleasant to communicate with. The property is amazing and at no point did we have trouble finding pool chairs nor did we find it crowded. We did have a super late flight coming home and there is nowhere to store luggage (like a hotel would have) so it would be nice if there was help from that perspective but that's more of a property thing than the owner we rented from. Highly recommend this place!

We appreciated the small details of kitchen. Tranquility of the area made visit restful away from nearby hotels. Virtually private beach and reasonably populated pools were great.

Lots of room great view easy access to pool and beach only thing that would have been better is if there would have been coffee filters and we did not have to run out and buy first day we did leave some there also too many large decorative pillows on beds those are always a pain to find somewhere to store

Perfect place to spend time with the family!

We had a great time and were impressed with the unit and facilities overall. It was not crowded at the pool or beach and we enjoyed having a kitchen. We were happy to not be at the overcrowded hotels down the path. Would choose this property again!

The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. Walking distance to the lagoons and markets made everything very easy! Would highly recommend.

Six family members (ages 9-72) stayed for a week in this lovely condo. Our other family members stayed in two other condos on the same floor--it was wonderful! The view from the lanai is really beautiful--and a great spot to watch not only sunsets, but the antics of random family members in the ocean lagoon with their inner tubes, boogie boards (included), noodles (included), etc. The lawn chairs have back-pack style straps--easy to transport to beach. The kitchen is perfectly set up for meal preparation--all appliances and utensils are right at hand and in good condition. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were nicely updated. Having a washer/dryer unit in the condo was great! The fastest way to get to the beach is to turn left as you walk out of the building and walk on the sidewalk by the parking lot on the side of the building. You can also turn right out of the building and wind around the lagoon pool/hot tubs/outdoor bar areas to get to the beach--either way takes just 2-4 minutes. We usually hit the beach earlier in the morning, then warmed up in the pool and then ended with either the warm hot tub, or the really warm hot tub--a really delightful routine! We had several windy days which churned up the water, so visibility for snorkeling wasn't great. We did have a close turtle encounter (it swam right by us) and saw an eel in nearby Paradise Cove We all agreed--it was a very special place to spend time in Hawaii! Thank you!

Beautiful villa and amazing views. The property is outstanding. Ko Olina is a peaceful retreat. The ocean is safe with a protected reef with fish for snorkeling. Tip: swim to the buoys in the middle of the swimming cove: move hand along any part of the rope to loosen the algae and watch the fish swarm to eat it. Walk past Four Seasons to see Hawaiian Monk seal on small beach (keep distance). We loved both pools and bar for mai tais and yummy drinks. Renu is a wonderful host. The villa has everything you need for an amazing stay. Comfortable beds, towels, furniture. Beach chairs, cooler. We just loved it. Book this. It’s a 10/10.

Being able to have three families/generations in one residence was very nice! Having a full kitchen to make some of our meals was also helpful and needed for such a large group of people. Everyone had a memorable time! Wish the Nanea Hale beachside bar served better food and had more people working it.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family gathering. It was roomy with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. We could start our day with coffee on the balcony and have a beautiful view to the mountains on our right and on our left was the beach and ocean just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo came with all the supplies needed for a day at the beach. It was a wonderful stay enjoyed by everyone in our group from age 5 to 68!

Had a great time in a beautiful location!

This was, as many have said here, the perfect place for our family vacation. I will not otherwise repeat all the positive things. They are all consistent with our experience. I would say the dining choices near the resort are not abundant. The only reasonably priced high quality food we found was Monkeypod. The Four Seasons has high end dining which we used twice.

This property was very comfortable, accessible to walking path and lagoons, quiet and scenic from the lanai. This is a wonderful place to stay. The owner, managers and Beach Villas staff were friendly, polite and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We would stay there again.

We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay with you.

Home was spacious and close walk to the beach.

The Ko Olina property has it all! Wonderful pools and access to a beautiful beach right out your front door. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was well furnished with all the amenities you need for a week long vacation. Only a few things that could use an upgrade would be bedding. Pillows and blankets were worn out. And most of the beach toys were broken or worn out. (Broken buckets and boogie boards broken.) Also the instruction manual needs to be updated to include the new dishwasher. The power to the building went out the last day but our contact, Nicole was very helpful. Thanks for a great week!

We loved staying in this condo. There were six of us and the layout was perfect. The condo is beautifully furnished and the view from the lanai is gorgeous. It was spotlessly clean and had a great washer and dryer. The kitchen was updated and had all we needed for cooking and easy cleanup. The host was wonderful to work with and made check-in and checkout easy. I highly recommend this condo and the owner. Thank you!

BT 404, excellent views, close to a good number restaurants. Less then 30 minutes from airport, 10 minutes to Costco and Safeway. Very nice workout area.

Our family of 6 just finished having a marvellous time. The unit had everything we could possibly want or need on our vacation. The coolers, beach chairs, extra towels and water toys were a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable and we so enjoyed our early morning coffees in comfort on the deck. Renu, Nicole and Jen were very easy to deal with and quickly responded to any of our queries. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful, spacious condo with extra amenities to enjoy the beach! Our group of 5 adults and 2 children enjoyed the wagon and beach chairs. Wonderful view of the lagoon, and easy walk to the pool and beach. Also an easy walk to the marketplace with several restaurants. Only disappointment we experienced was that the listing originally stated the 3rd bedroom had a king bed AND 2 twins, which is why we chose this condo over others (reason for 4 stars on review), however, this has since been changed on the website. There was room for all, but just not configured how we had planned. It’s a perfect condo for 3 couples where each has their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it and we would love to stay again sometime!

This was our first time in KoOlina and we loved it! The Beach Villas are not as crowded at adjacent properties so there was always room at the pools and beach. The walk along the water from the marina to Paradise Cove is fantastic. It's fun to stop in to the other properties for meals, coffee, cocktails, shop or just look around. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance but you do need transportation for grocery shopping. We had a family group of 16 with 8 people in 2 separate 3 bedroom units and that worked very well for us. Our particular unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking as well as lots of beach chairs, toys and towels for the pool or beach.

Great area. Lots to do with different age groups. Great accommodation and friendly helpful staff.terrific lagoons for snorkeling and swimming. Would definitely return.
