This is a one of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The condo building is older, but someone has spent significant money on this unit. Everything inside is high end, and there are a/c units in each room, which you wouldn’t think you would need, but it gets warm and humid inside. It is a large ground floor condo, and the pictures are accurate. The location is good, and it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. We stayed 6 nights, and found some great places to eat here in Poipu, and surprisingly, a good Italian restaurant down the road in Koloa. The only negative was the 450 in taxes here, much higher than the taxes for our stay in Princeville. I like that VRBO includes all fees in listings, but I wish they would include taxes.

Close to all the South Shore activities. Pool and AC a plus. Unit was well appointed. Will stay here again!
We loved the space- open and airy with everything we needed! Hanging out on the lanai was amazing and the condo is conveniently situated near a quiet and beautiful pool that we used every day of our stay. We would book this space again!
We stayed here for 5 nights and the property is clean, comfortable and is well maintained. I do recommend they list the property as being a downstairs unit. Overall excellent stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean. The second bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable though. Not the same quality as the master bedroom.
The condo was very clean, had lots of storage space and was right by the pool and hot tub. Close to shops and beaches. We had two adults and two teens. We let them have the main bedroom/bath to have more space and were perfectly fine in the smaller room. Would stay again.
The condo was great. It was located right near the pool. It was stocked with everything we needed. We we located near several walkable restaurants and close to the beach.
Close to restaurants, beaches. Sea turtles found on the beach at night. Clean, comfortable condo with pool and hot tub near unit. Came with my husband and friends. Very comfortable unit on lower level. I recommend this unit.
