Outdoor space at home includes a shady lanai, perfect for morning coffee, and a private balcony, surrounded by foliage, perfect for a sundowner. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, stylish island decor, and an open floor plan, ideal for gathering as a group. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table. When it’s time to hit the beach, grab the provided boogie board, two beach coolers, and beach chairs and make a day of it on the sand. When you return, relax in the central air-conditioning or open the windows to enjoy those trade winds. Head out for a night on the town or stream the latest release before bed and drift off to sleep dreaming of your first - and next - perfect vacation day.

Exterior Painting Project has started.
The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely condo, great base for our family of four to explore the Island! Very comfortable beds and tidy home. The only recommendation would be to please update the plates and cutlery as there isn't quite a full set of either. Nice pool area and amenities.
Nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities
Property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Only NEGATIVE was that we were told by a property employee that we were being too loud at the pool around 11:30am. My husband was simply playing with our 3 year old daughter. She was not screaming or crying, just playing with her dad in the pool. A little odd and perhaps they should make the pool rule “no children under 10.”
Clean house and quiet area
Beautiful area to stay on the Kahalo coast. Condo was great for two couples as ‘base camp’ for adventure!
This houses was the perfect home base for our two week stay in Waikoloa. The house was very clean and it was easy process to get in and out. The house had everything we needed as far as the basics. There were a lot of empty bottles and boxes of things Fabric softener, ziplock bags, spray n wash. I only note that since I did a quick scan thru the house before shopping only to get back and realize the boxes/bottles were empty with some things. Not a big deal but just a heads up. The home had lots of pool toys for the onsite pool and a few beach chairs but not much for beach toys. Lots of beach towels and pool towels. Blankets and pillows and the beds all super comfy. Property was nice and quiet and perfect for families.
