The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor sectional and a brand new, BBQ making a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Great location and access to pools and beaches. We loved the fully stocked garage for activities too.
Very nice place to stay, if returning to island would like to stay insane property
This rental is the 16th VRBO we have rented for a week or more. For the first 15 we only had 1 contact with the property manager. On this one we had 4.during our two week stay, We had frustration with:1. Having to run the tub hot water faucet to get hot water to the master bath shower. The tub had greater flow and the hot water tank was 300 feet away.2. Balancing the ceiling fans to get the desired room climate because the air conditioner was undersized.3. Making three scroll remote moves to get to the TV channel we wanted to watch which had to be repeated every viewing. (It took us three days to figure how to use it - no detailed instruction.)4. The bi-fold door in front of the washer falling because it was not secure. 5. Having to change the barbeque propane tank after one use.6. A two to three step process to engage the range6. Having to indicate desired action on the front door lock before entering the numerical code.7. Unlocking the back slider which had a twist lock. The frustration was greatest in figuring out the quicks of the rental. The luxury of the unit is illustrated by the dining set -- an acrylic table and bench with four plastic chairs. The rental was clean and well equipped with appliances, dishware, utensils, beach and recreational paraphernalia. (We didn't use the latter) The property management responded within the day on their 4 calls. Coco Cabana is more suited for families not for grandparents such as ourselves.
Communication was timely, informative, and helpful. The property was very clean and organized (even for a perfectionist), well equipped with all home and extracurricular wants and needs (needed nothing but food), comfortable, and secure. The surrounding area was well maintained, the pools were enjoyable, and the neighbors were kind.
