The Cliffs at Princeville sits on 22 lush acres of ocean-bluff, tropical gardens above the blue Pacific Ocean on Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Ocean views from the living room, dining room, front deck, and kitchen. Full kitchen, TVs, hair dryers and beach towels come with your fully equipped condo. Second bedrooms in 2-bedroom units are loft style bedrooms.
Cliffs at Princeville #7302 has a king bed in primary bedroom suite with a full and queen bed in loft bedroom. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi included. Hardwood floors throughout. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo provides 1,137 square feet of comfortable living space. Ceiling fans and portable fans provided. No AC Sleeps up to 6 people.

Beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach or Kalihiwai Bay is about a five-minute drive away. Head south to the Kilauea Lighthouse or north to "the end of the road" to Ke'e Beach-scene for the famous movie Bali Hai or hike the famous Na Pali Coastline. Princeville Shopping Center minutes away also offer many fine restaurants, a grocery store, a public library, and boutiques if shopping is your passion!
If golf is your passion, Princeville is your paradise. The beautiful 45 Hole Trent Jones Princeville Golf complex is adjacent to the resort. Ranked among the world's most challenging and picturesque championship course, golfing at the Makai Course will be a delight. Practice putting around on our manicured green or play a game of tennis on any of two courts or swim, sun, or curl up with a good book at the pool

This condo does not have air conditioning. However, the unit provides ceiling fans and portable fans throughout. Open the sliding glass doors to let in the refreshing ocean breezes and enjoy the natural island climate.

We loved our stay at the property! We will be back. Not done with this island, yet!
The condo is beautiful and has a fantastic view. It is on the third floor, with no elevator so moving suitcases in and out was a chore. The balcony is side by side with neighbors, so not private. If they are talking, laughing next door it is very loud. Internet in the unit was come and go all week. Front desk would not arrange for service unless we were willing to stay in the unit and wait for repair person. Front desk also was not helpful with information about nearby restaurants etc. They only told about the food trucks that came to our particular complex.
Awesome condo!!! Will definitely keep visiting the great team and beautiful grounds at The Cliffs!!!!
Very happy with our stay and the view was lovely!
There were not enough kitchen cloths, dish washing soap, it also needs serving bowls. Both bathrooms were on the same floor. One of the people has back problems and had to use the large bedroom while married couple had to use upper loft, bedroom area.The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Living room was also comfortable.

The property itself was great. We had a lovely time. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable for my family. After traveling all day, however, it was frustrating to not be able to check in at 4:00 as expected. We had to wait till almost 5:00 to get into the unit. The front desk staff was helpful in allowing us to put our groceries in their fridge/freezer so we didn't lose everything we bought.
Very clean and easy to enjoy. Management was great, and location was nice. Only negative, and it is minor, is no BBQ tools, no condiments at all, no ice (ran the maker though), and no items like foil or plastic wrap.
The Cliffs is a very nice complex with very nice people and a very helpful staff. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend this location.

We were very happy with our stay at the Cliffs at Princeville. Great condo in a terrific location, with easy access to Hanalei and the rest of the northern coast. The condo had everything we needed and was a great home for a week in Kauai.
We have stayed at multiple units in The Cliffs and this ranks as one of the best. View was great and property was clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!
This apartment had the best view! Overall, my family had a great stay. The surrounding was breathtaking and perfect for walks. We really appreciated the beach toys/chairs. Beautiful pool area. A few things they can make better: provide new/better towels (the towels provided were super old and looked dirty), provide plates/mugs that can be microwaveable (after searching, we found a large plate that can be used in the microwave), provide over safe items for baking, leave extra toilet paper rolls, provide liquid detergent, leaky fridge with water dripping into all our food. Also note, this apartment is on the second floor so need to carry all your luggage. Also, the second bedroom is loft style with a steep stair case so not ideal for elderly and families with little kids need to be careful.
Overall our stay was very nice in a great location with beautiful views. The home was updated with newer furniture in the main area and a few nice upgrades like flooring and decor. The refrigerator was old and dirty tho. The kitchen was supplied with typical cheap rental items - horrible knives. The beds were very uncomfortable bouncy and very hard. The amenities were lacking with thread bare towels. I expected better amenities considering the cost of the rental. We checked in on Saturday and were told they “cleaned” our room on Monday! We needed fresh towels and cleaning midway through our stay not ion day 2. The space was nice for our group and we stayed here to be near family staying at Cliffs Club so it worked out for our needs.

The unit was perfect for our family. We have plenty of room for the 6 of us. The weather was a little bad this week but the location has many activities that we did when we couldn’t go explore Kauai.
