Newly renovated studio located in central Waikiki in the iconic Island Colony building. This charming studio is minutes away from the world famous Waikiki Beach, shopping and many restaurants. This apartment is perfect for a couples getaway or single explorers.
The Space:

Building is Water Shut Off intermittently due to water pipe replacements project mainly there will be effects between 1/22/24-2/23/24, 3/11/24-3/18/24, 4/2/24-4/9/24, 4/24/24-5/1/24 and 9/11/24-9/18/24.The apartment building is going through a large scale plumbing project to replace water pipes. There will be NO WATER in the unit during the days listed above from Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Weekends are unaffected.

This cozy studio has everything you need for your Hawaii vacation including a full kitchen with cooking supplies and utensils, 2 queen size beds with new plush memory foam mattress, large HD smart tv and an outdoor table and sofas to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian breeze.
The apartment is also fully stocked with fresh towels and linens, toiletries and more. If you need any additional supplies during your stay, feel free to reach out anytime.
The building itself is truly iconic with guests visiting from around the world. Just on the 6th floor you’ll find a convenience store, laundry center, pool and hot tub, sauna room and gym.
We are dedicated on providing a safe and sanitary environment for you during your stay. Rest assured the apartment will be properly sanitized with professional grade cleaning solutions by our expert cleaning staff prior to your arrival. This unit is an 03 unit, so it will be by the trash chute.

Guest have access to all building amenities, except for front desk services.
