The resort sits on Anaeho'omalu Bay. A-Bay to everyone who spends time there a calm crescent of sand with a palm grove behind it and some of the most reliable snorkeling on the island directly offshore. Sea turtles are a routine sight rather than an event. The bay faces west, and the sunsets are the kind people plan their evenings around.

This is a one-bedroom villa with an ocean view, a separate bedroom, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Christmas week with a family means groceries, leftovers, and a load of beach towels every night, and this unit handles all of it.

Waikoloa Beach Resort has two shopping and dining villages within walking distance, two championship golf courses, and a petroglyph preserve on the property. The Big Island's volcanoes, Waipi'o Valley and the Hamakua Coast are all day trips from here.

Full resort amenities and self-parking are included at no charge. No resort fee, no daily amenity charge, nothing added at check-in. What you pay for the week is what the week costs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Guests are in residence for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Guest information and terms

This is an owner-provided resort reservation, not a hotel booking.

Full resort amenities and self-parking are included at no charge. There is no resort fee and no daily amenity charge on this reservation. These charges do not apply to a guest staying on an owner reservation.

Payment in full is required to confirm. Upon receipt, the renting party will be added to the reservation as authorized guest and written confirmation provided. As required by Marriott Vacation Club, the reservation remains in the owner's name as primary guest. The guest presents photo identification at check-in and no further documentation is required of them.

Guest additions must be processed more than 30 days before arrival. Bookings cannot be accepted inside that window.

Once payment has been made and the guest has been added to the reservation, this booking is non-refundable. No refund or credit is available for cancellation by the renting party, for late arrival, for early departure, or for any unused portion of the stay.

If the accommodation cannot be delivered for any reason, including cancellation by the resort or the vacation club, closure of the property, or the guest being denied check-in through no fault of the guest, the amount paid will be refunded in full. That refund is the renting party's sole and exclusive remedy, and the owner is not responsible for airfare, other travel costs, or any consequential damages.

Guests are encouraged to carry travel insurance.

Dates are fixed and cannot be changed or split. The reservation is for the full seven nights, December 20 through December 27, 2026.
