This was the perfect cottage for us. The location was great and ot was peaceful. The home was comfortable and the orange trees provided a bounty of fresh delicious orange juice daily.

Had problems getting in and couldn’t make contact with property manager. Water pressure dropped off and couldn’t make contact with the property manager. Always had to call owner. Very nice remote location, about 25 minutes from anything, stores restaurants, sites. Nice fruit trees. House very clean.

This is a nice property, well kept, lots of room, all the amenities ..... except it's cold in the winter at this altitude. We purchased a portable heater to move from the bedroom to the bath to the dining area. We chose the property based on location...close to our sons home. It would have been ideal in the spring and fall and probably the summer,We never figured out the internet TV but got it to work sorta. Also, this is a rural area a distance from everything. Be prepared to drive to visit attractions, buy groceries, go to the beach. And the road is 2 lane heavily traveled and twisty.Would we stay here again. For a week to see the kids, absolutely. The home and property is very nice.

The was a great place to stay off of the beaten path. Beautiful cozy home on a dead end road with fruit trees and a well equipped kitchen. Not far from Two step beach which we had a blast snorkeling at. Close enough to activities while far enough to get away from the crowds. We had a terrific time celebrating our 30th anniversary! Would love to return some day.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. iThe fruit was so delicious and fun to walk around the grounds to pick it. I did fell the gate needed more light on it at night. Overall we were so pleased with our time there.

We would love to come back to stay again. We enjoyed the serenity of the local area and the proximity to everything on the big island. It was wonderful to experience the island but to also have the ability to relax each evening or for the entire day.

My friend and I spent four nights, using it as a base for work in South Kona. It's a bit farther drive south than I'd stayed before, but has a nice, rural feel to it. I took the bedroom, she used the fold-out sofa bed. Very clean, orderly, everything works, and we gathered oranges and grapefruits for fresh juice each morning. You can walk out the door into the hilly subdivision for a bit of exercise. The gate is locked at night, although it feels like a safe neighborhood.

A way from it all but markets/local food, even McDonalds within reach. Local beaches, national parks, and thriving metropolis Kona just a bit further with Costco, Walmart, gyms, etc. A cozy yet roomy cabin with the essentials. Beautiful lush neighborhood with a peak-a-boo ocean view, just minutes off the island belt highway. Simple and elegant decors with all the appliances. A great getaway.
