PARKING:
1) Public parking on the ocean side of the building (Holomoana St) - $1/hour
2) Self-parking in the adjoining structure (Hobron Ln) - $5/30 minutes or $35/day (one of the cheapest rates in Waikiki), with in-and-out privileges and direct access to the level our condo is on
* Conveniently, there’s a bus stop and Biki bike-sharing service just outside the Ilikai Building
* Easy pick-up and drop-off for Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available 24/7
* Island Car Rental, Hertz Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Hawaii Jeep Rental are all located within walking distance
SECURITY: Available 24 hours (on-site).
LAUNDRY: Located on the 8th floor. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily. Payment via credit card and PayRange app.
MANAGEMENT ACCESS: The building occasionally requires entrance to units for routine pest control/maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). The schedule is set by building maintenance. The choice to be present or not is yours. Owner/Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs. You will be notified of any maintenance/repairs being done during your stay.
Please keep in mind that this building (Ilikai Marina) contains condos that are privately owned. This is not a hotel. There is no pool or extra amenities on-site.

This place was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a longer stay. It’s close to Ala Moana center and the pick-up locations for a day tour stuff since it’s located right in front of the harbor. The host was very responsive. I’d definitely book this place again.
We enjoyed our Babymoon getaway here. The host was extremely accommodating and the condo was comfortable for the week.
The host is definitely welcoming....loved the welcome basket (hawaiian snacks & home slippers). Also owners very responsive to questions/concerns

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the beach accessories. There was clear communication with the host. They truly want you to feel comfortable and always responded quickly to my questions.
The property was great, a little sketchy at times but for the most part good. The directions to get there could use some work, we had to ask several people where to go before finding our spot. I couldnt find the name of the actual place."Ilikai Marina" anywhere in my email. But the actual apartment was nice and clean and comfortable, it was a great place to call home for a week!!!

Easy access to everything... food, shopping, regional park and water adventures. Well appointed condo... has everything you need including great coffee pods. Owners very conscientious and quick to respond when needed.
Perfect location and atmosphere for a 4 day getaway. The condo is perfect in every way. Very comfortable and had everything you need. Easy walk ability to everything Waikiki and also easy access to leave downtown to other parts of the island. The host is also very attentive and has thought of everything to make the stay easy. We will definitely return.
This unit is beautifully renovated and furnished. The view is spectacular. And the host’s communication and attention to details of the guest experience made it outstanding.
