Beautiful Kuilima East Estates Townhome - Golf Course/Ocean Views

Absolutely beautiful property. The kitchen is stocked for all your needs. Property is in great condition and fit all of our needs as a family of 4. The upstairs bedroom/loft area was perfectly situated for our 2 sons. The main bedroom was perfect for me and my husband. Both bathrooms were beautiful. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely reserve again.

We had everything we needed !!!

We loved our stay! Very comfortable and great location. We didn't need the AC with the ceiling fans and abundant windows everywhere for fresh air flow. The kitchen has zero spices or oils beyond salt and pepper, so be prepared. But we had tons of beach supplies including boogie boards, towels, bamboo mats and snorkel gear. There's also a ton of books for leisure reading. We never made it to the on-site pool but we did go up to the Ritz-Carlton pool a couple of times and that was super fun. We enjoyed watching sunset up there and get a cocktail while the kids swim in the pool. The tennis and pickleball courts are very close by but there weren't enough pickleball rackets or any balls to play a game. But there were tennis rackets and balls and a basketball. The location couldn't be better. It's very close walking distance to the resort and a short drive to nearby food trucks, grocery stores, shave ice etc. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable with really high quality linens. I marked the cleanliness as a 4/5 because the floors hadn't been vacuumed or swept, which I did then myself upon arrival. Everything else was really clean. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. Only one minimal mixing bowl. Parking spot is perfect and as close as you can get to the condo. We would love to return again someday! Of note, the resort was breaking ground on a new complex right in the backyard of this condo. Unclear when construction will begin.

We loved our stay! It was conveniently located and was cozy and nice. The only thing that was difficult was that the washer was broken during our stay; but, that is not always the situation.

The unit was lovely and had lovely views. The proximity to the hotel, beaches and food trucks was a definite plus.

Small issue getting check in information, but then great! Bed comfy and everything we needed.

Wonderful spot! The construction noise was pretty loud on weekdays and we had no key for the tennis courts. Awesome beach equipment and a well stocked kitchen. Wished that there was coffee on day one. Beds were comfy and we had a great week!

Nice place.

It's a nice, quiet location. The decor and feel for the property is a bit stale. There didn't seem to be enough regular towels but eventually found a few extra stashed in the dryer. Check in was arduous as we ended up arriving late at night and the door code hadn't been shared in the app messaging.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available. We were able to access the beach and pool at Turtle Bay.

Clean and with everything we needed

We absolutely loved this unit. It was stocked with beach/pool towels, linens, clothes hangers, shampoo, body wash, etc. - everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The railing in the loft has about 10 inches between slates, so that might be an issue for those with young children. The pool is just a short walk from the unit. We walked to the Turtle Bay resort each morning to get specialty coffees. The grounds were beautiful. The only surprise was that there are two windows (one in the upstairs loft and one in the downstairs bedroom) that had no glass in the window; only a screen and hurricane shutter. Due to this, we were awakened early by the birds chirping each morning, but not a big deal for us. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was a great home base for exploring the North Shore. Well-stocked with games, beach supplies, and kitchen tools. The unit was clean, spacious, and a short walk to the beach/Turtle Bay.

Peaceful

we felt home immediatelly. love the view, sound of the ocean, decoration.only thing I felt unhappy was the upstairs ceiling next to the kids bed. the wooden ceiling has very large spacing, so that I was afraid my 3 year old son will fall down. I helped myself with some blankets that we wrapped around.so we felt save again and had a nice stay
