All three bedrooms are on one level, making this an easy, accessible layout for families and multi-generational groups. Between the king, queen, and double beds plus a sleeper sofa, futon, and ottoman sleeper in the living room, there`s room for the whole crew. The open living and dining area flows into a fully stocked kitchen, so cooking and gathering never feel cramped. Step out back to your own hot tub and gazebo, framed by valley and ocean views — the kind of spot where mornings slow down on their own. The whole home is yours, including the private backyard and hot tub. Check-in is simple with a smart lock. Three dedicated driveway and garage parking spaces mean the whole group can bring cars. A dedicated workspace and WiFi are on hand if anyone needs to check in with the office. As a resident of the community, you`ll also have access to a shared pool and gym on-site.

Important Note: The guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.

1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.

3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.

4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.

5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.

6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.

8. Garbage: Trash days are every Tuesday. Kindly help us by taking out as much trash as possible on designated trash days rather than waiting until the end of your stay. This ensures the space stays fresh and enjoyable for everyone.

9. No Illegal Activity: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

10. Hot Tub Rules: Use at your own risk, and children must be supervised.

11. Parking Instructions: 3 total. 1 vehicle in the garage, 2 vehicles on the driveway.

12. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
