I enjoyed the property. It was clean and well kept. However the listing shows it has AC, which it did… mostly. The mini split AC is in the living room corner furthest away from the bedroom. So if you like your room cold while sleeping it will not be. The other problem is that there is a half unit that people rent below this units lanai. When the AC is on, the outdoor fan unit is running will annoy the people below and they will come ask you to turn off the AC and are usually rude about it.
Condo is exactly as described. Nicely updated condo with beautiful view overlooking the golf course and the ocean.
Very nice location great views. Yet the interior is retro 1980’s. Such shame to have a nice unit and not spend a little money on updated lighting, blinds,tv’s. Ice maker didn’t work and the ac for master bedroom didn’t cool the room due to the sun in the afternoon and lack of window coverings to block the sun. Overall, nice complex and great location.
View is awesome. Comfortable, clean, nice remodel. Lacking essentials such as : beach chairs, broom and dust pan, spices. Also, very few dishes and silverware so you need to wash dishes often.
Unit has been recently and very nicely remodeled; expertly decorated; which creates a very pleasant environment. The kitchen is stocked with newer and serviceable utensils, cookware and electrical appliances that all work well. The bed is quite comfortable and the neighborhood quiet throughout the day and night. Golf course maintenance begins rather early in the day but that was fine. We enjoyed out stay and will consider a return engagement in the future. The negatives however are also a part of the ambience and to us, are as follows: A) The glass deck railing glass was dirty on the outside. A call to housekeeping brought a cleaner right away; but apparently the cleaning process only applies to the inside of the glass (the dirt was on the outside). Although the individual did the best they could, and improvement of some glass was apparent, however the overall view was not enhanced. B) There was no broom, whisk broom, dust pan or other cleaning supplies available to us. A call to the local help number yielded a sympathetic ear but absolutely no other response. The result was we picked up what crumbs etc. we could with a paper towel and had to call that good (we stayed 9 nights). This was VERY IRRITATING and was the primary driver to the low rating we assigned to our overall experience with the unit. Our last issue had mostly to do with our age (70's). But the 2 stairs down between the entry/bedroom/bathroom, without a support railing of any kind was a challenge.
