Kitchen was fully equipped, and the laundry was very useful. The apartment was fantastic, especially the location. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't flushing properly when we arrived, so I had to go out and buy a new plunger to fix it.
The view could not be beat, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of towels, etc. The washer and dryer was great to have.
The views were amazing, the sound of waves are so relaxing. Great location, loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer.Great location and was very nice and would definitely stay again!
Very nice, well maintained, roomy kitchen and living area. Nice balcony, nice views. Bathroom and bedroom are also ample. Nice snorkeling equipment and other beach items also stocked. The apt and the building overall are older, I'm guessing 20 to 25 years old or more, so the countertops, kitchen cabinets and appliances all look antiquated, but again all is in good condition. A/C works well in the bedroom but since it is so old, it is loud, klunky,takes up too much space, and probably costs the admin a fortune in electricity every month, it's also not strong enough to cool the entire condo so you might find yourself with a cold bedroom and a warm muggy living room. The living room is carpeted, which I'm not a fan of, but it was clean. The beach had way more driftwood and stuff on it than appears in the original pictures I saw, so the beach didn't appear to be as "attractive" in person as it was in the pictures. And there is some road noise from the 4 lane highway right next door to the property, though I have to admit in spite of there being 4 lanes, the road noise wasn't that bad, and you don't notice it that much as the waves are constant 24/7 from the nearby beach. However there is also a run down structure next door that looks like it's literally falling apart, and it's not apparent that anything is being done to remove the eyesore. However, to be fair, the building might not belong to WBV thus they may not be in a position to address it effectively. I'd stay here again.

We liked the comfort, the view and the location of the condo. This place is especially suitable for guest who want to explore the island. If you just want to relax there is a pool
We enjoyed this condo very much. The description was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet, except for the lovely sound of the ocean. Centrally located to everything and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We loved walking to Lava Lava for oceanfront cocktails and food.
This was a nice condo for the most part. The mattress has seen better days and really should be replaced. cabinets need some help the doors wowouldn't stay closed stay
Typical Kauai single bed condo. Except the sewer smell was somewhat alarming, as well as losing hot water. Oh, the ants were a small nuisance.The view was wonderful! Even the homeless folks down below on the shore were not a problem.
We love the location and view. We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked through the door. The view of the bay is fantastic. Can’t wait to come back soon. Aloha.
We had a great experience at 207 in the Wailua Bay Condos. The location was ideal because we were able to drive to the north or south of the island with ease. I also loved sitting on the lanai that overlooked the ocean and the wailua beach. maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, quiet, and well furnished. The views (especially the sunrises), were fantastic and the sound of the surf was mesmerizing! The local area was very convenient and pleasant. The swimming pool was a little cold, but very clean and refreshing! The onsite staff was very helpful and pleasant. The personnel in the booking agency were extremely helpful as well. Overall, a great experience!Thanks
The condo itself was well equipped and had a beautiful ocean view. I enjoyed the lanai and the beach nearby. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler to use. The unit has AC, which also was great!The only negative thing I have to mention is the eyesore next door. There is a dilapidated closed business where homeless people sleep.Other than that, we loved our stay.
The property was a lovely, clean, well stocked and a comfortable home away from home.
The condo was clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the stock soups, shampoos, coffee, etc so we didn’t need to stress about the small things that we take for granted at home. The location is ideal as far as travel, we were really close to great restaurants and our kayak/hikes/boat events. I didn’t love the Hwy being in my ocean view. At times we could hear the street noise. We also struggled with the patio door. It’s no joke a pain in the butt, my husband needed to fix it several times. I also was surprised to find the entire condo was not air conditioned, just a noisy unit in the bedroom. Because of this, we spent all of our time on the porch or bedroom. Overall, for the price I wasn’t disappointed and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo anyways. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was refreshing after our adventures.
The condo was clean and very well decorated, with an amazing view of the bay. The coconut marketplace, Islander shops, and Lava Lava beach club restaurant a short walk away were great. The Kapaa multi use path alongside the ocean further north helped us spend more time enjoying the coast without being in a car, and the nearby hikes and Hindu Monastery made for some great adventures.
The space felt bigger than the pictures and so did the view! We very much enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable, all the kitchen things we needed, lots of clean towels and beach gear to use. The pool was great for when we needed some down time. The complex was very pretty, clean and quiet. Bonus: it’s right across the street from Nepali Brewery, just 5 min from an easy access waterfall, and lots of shops and food about 10 min north.

Property was nice, clean and faced the bay. Sliding screen doors need replaced. Kitchen was very nice and clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. Plenty of room.
Conveniently located, beautiful ocean view, quiet and clean. We felt completely at home here. Everything we needed was already stocked, right down to seasonings for cooking. If we ever make it back to Kauai, we will plan to stay at Wailua Bay View.
I have to admit that when I first arrived I was worried about the highway but that did not affect the stay as much as I first thought. The location overall is wonderful, it is close to many things and the beach access is just on the side of the building. We had the entire beach to ourselves most of the time and views from this location are amazing! The condo was very clean and comfortable and the pool was also a wonderful place to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. Thank you for providing a wonderful vacation rental.
Great location. Good support from property manager. Could certainly use some work on the sliding screen doors! We were always fearful we were going to be the ones they fell apart on.
What a great place to stay. Just about anything to do or need is within 40 mins(most of the time a lot less) thanks for letting us stay at the wonderful condo "Bliss on Bay"
The view from the lanai was fabulous! Noise from Highway 56 was loud! The island is beautiful. Traffic was surprisingly bumper to bumper at times.
We booked this trip to Kauai to escape the cold and snow of Colorado. It rained a lot but the condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
Convenient location but road noise and traffic an issue. Clean and well stocked, I personally would up the bed linens and add pillow protectors. Management very accommodating and friendly.
