Property Overview
Enjoy all the best that the Big Island has to offer!! Our beautifully Hawaiian furnished home at the Waikoloa Beach Villas - a luxury gated community at the Waikoloa Beach Resort - is conveniently located across the street from the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. Our unit is in a prime location within the complex overlooking the 3rd fairway of The Beach golf course. There are 2 pool areas with palm trees, spas, and outdoor showers. There is a work-out room with fitness equipment overlooking one of the pool areas just steps away from our building.
Our lanai has a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a Viking gas grill, granite slab countertops, and a bar sink, which makes a great place to cook, have dinner, and relax with a gorgeous sunset view.
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, includes a bar-seating area, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances are throughout. We have everything needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals. Enjoy freshly brewed Kona coffee in the morning and use the blender in the evening to make some of your favorite tropical drinks.
Wall mounted flat screen TVs with cable and premium channels offered in the living room and master bedroom. Free high-speed wireless internet access is provided.
The master bedroom has a plush cal-king bed with deluxe sheets for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also with deluxe sheets and Polynesian-style decor.
Within a short 10min. walk, you will find the famous crescent shaped Anaeho'omalu Beach (more easily referred to as A-Bay). Use the beach mats, folding chairs, ice cooler, and umbrella to have fun in the sand and sun. A large and medium-sized boogie boards are also available to surf the waves.
We have a private garage for your use along with additional parking spots located throughout the grounds.
Across the street, you will find the Queen's Marketplace with restaurants, such as the new Tommy Bahamas Marlin Bar, as well as galleries and boutiques. Island Gourmet is the premier grocery store, which has everything from a large deli to an extensive beer and wine selection. Just on the other side are the King's Shops.
We view this villa as our second home and try to provide extra amenities for our guests, so you can also feel right at home. In the event you have any additional needs, our unit is professionally managed and a local person can be easily reached to assist you quickly throughout your stay.

My wife and I stayed for one week at the condo, while I was on the Big Island for work, and our stay was fantastic. The location in the Waikoloa Beach Villas is perfectly located. It's in an intimate gated community, as soon as you enter the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Queen's Marketplace (shops and restaurants) is just a short walk from the property.Communications with the owner, Ben, were lightning fast and his detailed instructions made check-in a breeze. Best of all, each unit has a private garage.The unit is on the second floor of a three story building. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding and linen was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking stress free. We used the BBQ on several evenings and enjoyed dining on the lanai.There were an abundance of creature comforts including beach chairs, boards & toys. The internet was extremely fast and stable. While no one likes to do laundry when traveling, but when you have to, it's always nice to have a ensuite washer and dryer!We can highly recommend Ben's condo. We enjoyed it so much, we're planning our return trip!
Ben's Condo at the Waikoloa Beach Villa's was wonderful in every way! We found everything exactly as described and we wanted for nothing. Extremely comfortable bed and comfy couches. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware and paper products. We barbecued twice on the lanai, enjoying the bird sounds and gorgeous views as we ate. The garage contained plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. The resort pool is a few steps away, 10 minute walk or few minute drive to the A-Beach. Walking distance from the fabulous Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops for restaurants, and groceries/meals.Ben was the ideal concerned host, checking in to see we were settled and quickly responding to a question. We will most definitely be returning!!

Do not hesitate to book this place! Beautifully appointed home. Extremely comfortable beds, stocked with all you need, a fabulous lanai - what more could you want? The owner, Ben, is a dream to communicate with and very patient when I couldn’t find the gate code. Steps away from fabulous shops and restaurants and a quick drive to surrounding beaches. We can’t wait to return!
Good location, comfortable and well equipped space that made for and enjoyable time away.
The condo is Waikoloa was great. Everything was as described in the posting, and Ben the owner was very helpful and friendly. The lanai overlooks the golf course and the grill works great. The A/C works great, the internet was fast enough for streaming and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the garage had all of the beach gear we needed as well. We did buy a collapsible wagon to haul everything to the beach and we left it at the condo for future guests. The condo is a 5 minute drive to A-bay and walking distance from the Queens shops which was very convenient! The only issue we ran into was the people upstairs were very heavy footed and woke us up in the middle of night multiple times but I don't think that's the fault of the condo at all. Honestly we were in paradise so it wasn't the end of the world. We hope we get a chance to stay in this condo again, we really did not want to leave!
