'Tropical Paradise' Resort Villa: 1 Mile to Beach!

The facility was great.

Clean, convenient, no complaints.

Nice clean well-stocked townhome. Can easily walk to the pool, the grocery store, and coffee shop/restaurants/shopping. Really pleasant large deck with a table and outdoor grill. Spacious closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking.

It was tje experience we were looking for. The times at the stay were really nice and the times on the beaches were incredible.

Overall just a lovely stay.Would not hesitate to stay here again. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions/ issues.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Check in process was seamless. We had one maintenance issue to arise, which the property manager dealt with very promptly. Extremely satisfied with our stay!

This large home had space for three families. Nice furnishings, ocean view from lanai. Ease of communication with Hosts. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with spices and essentials. Would stay again. The only negative was working with Evolve they were way too difficult

Beautiful place, such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to just about everything (grocery, Mauna Lani beach club, black sand beach, hapuna, everything). Gorgeous interior with high end finishes, and we even got to see a sunset from the outdoor terrace. It was also quick and easy to get ahold of the property owner if we needed something. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had an absolutely amazing time. This home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed being here and will *definitely* be coming back! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are extremely spacious and the fun beach gear (chairs, noodles, umbrellas, bikes, coolers) made our beach days perfect. One of the biggest bonuses of this amazing home is the access to the private beach about 1 mile from the house. It’s perfect. There are lounge chairs, a *nice* bathroom steps away, a full bar (Mai Tais were incredible) and the clearest water to snorkel in. The bay is small but large enough for simple activities (floating, snorkeling, etc). The setting is gorgeous and serene. We loved spending time there. Overall, this was one of the best vacations and vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Thank you for taking such great care of this place for your guests. It is very much appreciated!

This property was great for our family. The size of the unit, great location, wonderful sunset views every night. Evolve was very responsive with questions and issues as they arised. We've stayed at many of the other locations in the Mauna Lani and this one has been one of my favorites so far. Would stay here again.

the house, located in a gated community was exactly as pictured if not better. A bit away from beach, not within walking distance to any attraction, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the vacation where you want to get away from daily hustle. The whole house layout was perfect with kitchen and living room along with master bedroom upstairs. The patio was huge, unfortunately we didn't get to use it (I did try to light up the BBQ and could not make it to work). The only complaint I have is that at check-in I was not able to reach anybody listed as point of contact. I tried to call them because we were having a very hard time opening the garage door. Luckily, we were able to find the house and let us in. It was good that my reason to contact them was not an emergency. I would suggest them be a bit more specific with regards of how to get to the house.

Very nice area with a community pools and gym. Unit has all the essentials. There were several issues but the management addressed them quickly within the same day. This unit has an excellent views with a sizable balcony with grill.

We stayed here for a family vacation and my son proposed to his girlfriend, she said yes. The place had so much space and was well appointed. There were some light bulbs burned out. And some of the light/fan switches need to be repaired or replaced. This was a minor issue and we worked around it.. Hawaii is a special place and this location and all the amenities were perfect for this stay.
