Wake up to luxury Ocean Views, Minutes to Beaches, Golf and Dining

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much! Very comfortable and spacious, every detail thought of, easy stroll to the pool/gym, incredible views from the balcony - it's a perfect place from which a family can explore and enjoy the Big Island.

We loved our stay in Hawaii! This location is perfect for frequenting some of the best beaches on the big island. We can’t wait to return in 225!

The property was exactly as described by the professional hosts. From start to finish, communication and host interaction was excellent. The home was very well stocked and properly maintained with beautiful views. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Large property for our family of 4. Good views. We did not eat much at the property, but it appeared well stocked. We did not use any of the recreation goods in the garage partially due to their small sizes. One constructive complaint would be that the window dressings are not sufficient, so when the sun comes up, it is daylight bright which makes it tough when acclimating to the 5-6 hour time differences. And, the AC is locked at 72 degrees which might have been ok IF the ceiling fan was not also locked on low and there are no area fans So, we were a little warm and woke up earlier than desired. Beds are also very firm if you are sensitive. We did do the Mauna Kea amenities package which is pretty expensive and may or may not be worth it depending on your usage. We definitely did not use the resorts amenities enough, but it was our first time to the Big Island, so we spent a lot of time outside the resorts seeing the rest of the island. But, we did play golf at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna courses where we got a little discount. This was a good home base and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a very relaxing stay. Home was clean and well appointed. Very quiet, and the view just made it a perfect stay.

Our family stayed at Beautiful Ocean Villa where we opted into the resort program, and we couldn't have been more pleased. There was something for everyone. Between dinners on the lanai, resort and pool access, beach toys, and amazing views, every moment was well spent. The home is tastefully decorated and very spacious. We were provided with clear instructions regarding our stay and had many pleasant interactions with the management company. We would not only recommend it but we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for such a nice experience.

EVERYTHING about this was SPECTACULAR! EVERYTHING! The condo was well appointed, clean, the kitchen had everything and then some, the garage had bikes and beach items. We spent every single meal on the lanai - it was just delightful. We picked up fresh tuna and grilled it several nights on the grill on the lanai. We were over the moon with our stay. The little pool and exercise room were frequented when we did not go to the resort. Highly recommend paying for resort amenities for the week. Everyone we encountered was absolutely delightul. Where we stayed was so quiet. Loved seeing the mountain goats each day- and the sunsets were breathtaking. Just absolute paradise and we plan to return. We will absolutely return. Property managers were extremely responsive prior to our trip. We did not need to contact them for anything during our stay. Hawaii 2022 was full of incredible memories with families from South Carolina and Melbourne, Australia. LOVE THIS PLACE! Thank you!

House was very poorly maintained and operated. The service rep kept lying to us and was not responsive at all. Specifically, all of three showers were not working or leaking, which made lots of noise and moldy smell. Water pressure was very poor and even one of their maintenance staff closed the wrong valve so we did not have any water coming out of the shower for two days! We originally booked another unit but the manager wanted us to move the unit so that they could fill the reservation back to back. I stayed with my five month old baby, and the new unit they moved us had construction on the lower unit. The construction going on started at 8AM in the morning every day and went on all day. They renovated the whole unit so drilling happened all day, which makes so much noise and dust. We were not able to sit on the balcony because of the noise, smell, and dust. This is not a condition anyone could bear, not alone the baby. My baby suffered from noise and moldy smell during the night and dust and drilling noise during the day. Just... terrible... There were cockroaches in the unit. I found one in the living room and several in the 2nd bathroom. If anyone wants to throw their money on this terrible property to ruin their vacation, this house may be perfect.

We were there with our 2 grown sons, daughter-in-law and 1 grandchild and it was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The place is beautifully decorated island/Japanese style with gorgeous pieces. The beds were so comfortable. Absolutely everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. High end appliances too. The views from the lanai were spectacular and the sunsets were ridiculous! We bbq’d and all fit comfortably out on the lanai. We opted in to have full access to the Westin Hapuna and Mauna Kea resort (I think this needs to be better explained by management. We lost 3 days of use because the hotel never processed our packet and our son’s were turned away). The beach at both are amazing but we preferred Hapuna. We also enjoyed the pool there. The pool at Wai Ula Ula is very nice and quiet. The garage is stocked with everything you will need or want for outings. The guys golfed and loved the course. We would and will absolutely come back!
