About this property
At a generous 1,825 square feet of interior space, your 3 bedroom/3 bath home-away-from-home offers the popular split-level floor plan where each bedroom is on its own separate level. Upon entering Hale O’ Na Wailele (House of the Waterfalls) you’ll find the first bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a bath with a private shower directly across from the room.
Upstairs features gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood flooring in the dining and living areas, a well-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a custom bar with stunning mountain and waterfall views, and a generous master suite with a king bed, an ensuite bath, providing a beautiful glass block walk-in shower and dual sinks, and its own private lanai.
Downstairs enjoy a second, spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, huge ensuite bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The private nook offers a great work area for computer work or calls with our excellent Wi-Fi. The downstairs master has its own private lanai with two lounge chairs. Also in the downstairs area is a large wash room with a full sized washer & dryer and washing sink.
Sip your favorite beverage from the custom tropical hard-wood bar as you gaze out at the waterfalls in the distance, or peacefully read your favorite book on one of the three lanais this magnificent condo offers, as the gentle trade winds keep you comfortable.
Located on the North Shore of Kauai where countless stunning beaches are at your fingertips and the majestic Na Pali coast begins. The natural beauty of this magical part of the Garden Isle is sure to take your breath away!
The community pool and hot tub are very clean and inviting. They are open until 9 pm. There you will also find a BBQ and tables if you want to grill.
Golfers’ paradise! Walk across the street to top rated Makai Golf Course and practice green. Or play a round of pickle ball or tennis on one of the many courts.
Enjoy the Princeville Shopping Center conveniently located just a few minutes drive away for groceries, local shops, and dining.
Please be advised, the first bedroom mentioned above, which is the smallest of the three bedrooms, does not have AC but does come equipped with a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The remaining two larger bedrooms, as well as the living room (located a few feet from the first bedroom), each have their own separate split system AC units to help keep everything in the townhome comfortable. In addition, smart TVs are used for streaming video services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu) using guest's login for access. There is select cable service available as well. If you like family games, we have you covered with a wide variety of options. You could also play the ukulele with the easy cord music you will find by the bar.
We love cooking, so you will find the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, spices, salt & pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. You will also find a crockpot, rice cooker, blender, and good knives. We invite you to make this home your home!
In the garage you find beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and sand toys. Hanalei and Anini beach are just 10 minutes drive away.
This is our family's second home. After visiting other Hawaiian islands, we fell in love with the slower pace and the amazing natural beauty of Kauai. We have equipped the townhome with everything we want for a relaxing vacation. We hope you will enjoy our Hale O'Na Wailele - our House of the Waterfalls - as much as we do!

Over the years we've spent time in Princeville and so we decided to rent this property this trip and what a great decision that was! When you instantly step inside you feel like it’s a “home away from home”, but with a Hawaii flair. The view from the deck is spectacular of the distance mountains and whether you’re out for adventure or just coming for rest and relaxation, this condo will not disappoint. It was super clean and had all the amenities you needed including beach items with lots of personal touches making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the peaceful area and how close it was to everything. The owner/manager was great to work with and communicated all that was necessary for us to enjoy our trip. We also, enjoyed the "welcome" basket and home binder full of everything you needed to know. We would highly recommend this property, and we hope to be back again in the future. Mahalo!
Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Owners and manager were very helpful and prompt with communication. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Can’t say enough about our stay. It was just awesome! Thank you so much for everything.
Tv was supposed to be a smart tv as there is no cable. It was not. Had to go buy a 80 cord to connect our computer to the tv in order to watch the tv. Also there is 1 grill for all of the units and it is not a qulity arrangement

This home is just perfect! It is in a quiet gated community, and is true to pictures. the views are amazing, we just loved hanging out and taking it all in. This is absolutely a five start property! Only gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to some bugs in the kitchen from time to time, but they didn't bother us and it is Hawaii after all! The rest of the home was pristine and it had all we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!
Beautiful home with spacious open rooms . Lovely location and well equipped. This very clean living space was a wonderful addition to the trip !
This place was unbelievable for our family of four adults and our two young toddlers. We loved the neighborhood and the location was very close to Princeville and Hanalei, which we went to everyday. We loved all the snorkel gear and the boogie boards that were available. They also made sure there was a pack and play for us to borrow for our youngest. We explored several nearby beaches and hikes and loved how close we were to a few excellent sunset lookouts. Overall, an amazing stay and Jason was very responsive!
