Rental Overview
This Fairways Villa is professionally decorated and has an elevated, unobstructed view of the golf course with spectacular sunsets. The home stands on a perfect angle to the trade winds, allowing you to use the front and back screen doors and windows for a wonderful, cool and natural cross breeze. There is also central air conditioning throughout.
The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable Cal King bed. It has its own spacious sitting area and a lanai overlooking the golf course. Sink into the luxurious lanai lounge chairs and enjoy a quiet drink away from it all. The second bedroom hosts two twin size beds and has its own en suite. Upon request, the twins can be converted to a King.
A large, beautiful “lagoon” pool is a 2 min walk away, with a shallow area for the children. There is also a hot tub and fitness room onsite.
Your stay will include a Pass Card to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, a 3 min drive away. It is a sparkling white sand beach enclosed by coral reef and is very safe for children. It is lifeguarded so while the kids are having fun swimming and snorkeling, you may enjoy a cool drink at the restaurant overlooking the beach. It is stunning and picturesque.
Another beach is a 10 minute walk away at Fairmont Orchid hotel. Next to it is a turtle sanctuary - a delight for the children.
We provide four (4) Beach Cruiser Bicycles for your enjoyment at no charge. The Mauna Lani Community offers a bicycle friendly atmosphere. Many destinations throughout the complex can be reached via a pleasant bicycle ride.
If your family enjoys boogie boarding or surfing - head over to Hapuna Beach - a 10 minute drive away. The waves here are perfect for boogie boarding. Boogie boards are included in the rental.
If you like to BBQ - your own private BBQ is located on the lower lanai. Put your feet up in the lounge chairs after dinner and soak in the spectacular sunset views and the gently swaying palm trees
World class tennis facilities and golf are located right in the Mauna Lani Resort and at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. They have tennis clinics most days at 9 am. Enjoy.

It was a beautiful stay. The home is clean and well-stocked. The manager and owner are wonderful to work with!
The Villa was very clean. The check in process was smooth and communicating with the host was easy. He was very prompt to respond to any questions! Had everything we needed for the beach like chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. the Pack’ N Play was in good condition for our little one. Our parents stay at these condos often and mentioned how they would like to rent this one next because they liked it!
Lovely clean condo, peaceful on the golf course, well stocked kitchen, great location close to the grocery store. Love Mauna Lani beach club and the bikes that come with the unit.
It was a great location & very nice townhome! It had most everything we needed. Would stay here again!If you're looking to use the bikes, note that not all of them have gears & are more of a true beach cruiser ;-) One also had a flat tire.The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels (beach & bath), comfortable beds & furniture. Great overall stay!
We enjoyed the place, clean, spacious, convenient. I had issue of the payment with Vrbo that it showed the second payment overdue, I communicated to Gary and Gary made sure that he would hold the place giving me time to resolve the issue, I appreciate that.
The mattress in the master bedroom was very old and worn out. The floors were very dirty and so was the refrigerator.

great stay wonderful location
This was the perfect last 4 days to cap off a busy 2 week trip to Oahu and The Big Island. The condo was impeccable - clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-supplied. Beach towels, beach toys, bikes were much appreciated by our kids. Labeled light switches, spices and oils for cooking, and surprisingly sharp knives in the kitchen were very thoughtful. We enjoyed the use of the beach club, pool, fitness center, walks around the fish ponds and petroglyph park!
This home worked perfectly for our family spring break. We chose it as a cheaper option than the surrounding hotels for our family of 4. Was nice to have large space, fully equipped kitchen, with grocery store a couple blocks away. We could walk to hotel beaches or drive to Hapuna Beach in 10 minutes. Only 30 min from airport also. Would definitely recommend!
The townhouse is perfect and the location can’t be beat. Morning coffee to the tune of the mowers on the fairway and the birds… not to mention the wind in the palm trees. Property manager was great. Beds are comfy.
Everything turned out to be better than as advertised. Great set up and close to so many different parts of the island. Spacious and perfect for a family.
The condo was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed including a high chair, pack and play and beach toys for the kids. They even had sunblock in the garage and baby soap and shampoo in the baths. 2 minute drive to a Foodland market that had everything we needed to make most of our breakfasts and even a steak and poke dinner one night. Our host, Amma, called us the week before to make sure we had everything we needed and couldn't have been more gracious and generous. Great experience all around.
