This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 952 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a Murphy bed in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer and a private lanai overlooking the pool. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

Great condo. Quick response by host to last minute reservation. Would def stay there again. Great location, easy walk to Kona for dinner etc.
The host replied quickly when I had questions. Most of the time he referred me to the front desk to take care of the issues which were rectified right away. The only issue was the musty smell in the condo. Maybe put a humidifier in the condo to deal with the dampness. Towels would smell due to the moisture in the air.
Great clean and easy stay.
Simple, clean apartment with great location; waking distance to downtown Kona without having to deal with the noise, crowds, and parking of downtown Kona.
Very clean, spacious, well equipped place. The pool/bbq area was comfortable, clean, and fun too. The only reason for the star down was because online they showed the room to be w an ocean view. There was no indication of that it’s not all rooms. So I excepted it, but instead we got a room on the 1st floor w a balcony viewing the pool area covered with bushes and outside ac units. But, the staff was very nice, quick, and they got us everything in an instant when we asked.
The listing showed a large lanai but we were put on the bottom floor with a small one with no view and covered with bushes which was disappointing and therefore not used. You get whatever room is available and not what the pictures show. Staff was great. Rooms need a dihidifier as you are always damp. All in all would probably rent again.
The condo was comfortable and met our needs for the week. The location was close to town and easy to come and go.
Lovely worldmark condo on Ali'i Drive in Kona. We had to make last minute arrangements and really appreciated how quickly the owner confirmed our reservation. He is a preferred member in Worldmark, and those benefits appear to have rolled down to us for this booking, though we didn't use them. Well appointed kitchen was wonderful, as we did a lot of our own cooking.
We had a nice stay at the Worldmark Kona, our host, Fazlul, was a great communicator, super fast at responding. The units look like they have just had new, modern furniture swapped in, so the original listing stock photos were no longer accurate, but having brand new furniture felt like we scored. When we arrived, Worldmark assigned us the first available unit, all have a pool view, just on different floors. Check in was seamless even though we arrived after 10PM. The unit we were in had just gone through a semi-yearly deep cleaning, so the area rugs did feel and smell a bit damp, which we informed the front desk about, otherwise 5 stars all around. Wifi was super fast. Gorgeous modern kitchen, bathrooms, floors. Loved the tasteful island artwork. 5 minute walk to historic Kona, which we appreciated since some of the downtown bars got quite loud at night, we were grateful not to be directly above one of those!
