■ A security deposit of $250 is required upon check-in.
■ No air conditioning
■ No elevators (All of the two-bedroom units are on the third floor.)
■ Front desk hours are 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
■ If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
■ The on-site beach is not suitable for swimming. The nearest swim-able beach is five minutes from the resort.
■ Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
■ Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
■ Please note that this is a holiday ownership resort and rooms will be assigned depending on the availability of the units during your check in time. Unit location and view may vary.

Everything was great!
the complex is ocean front, good whale watching from the balcony. the grounds are well kept with a good pool, and it was an enjoyable stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The views of the ocean from the living room were beautiful—waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare full meals, which made our trip even more enjoyable. When we encountered a Wi-Fi issue, the owner was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
Great place to stay, I would book here again...
We are very happy with our stay, the unit is in a great location, clean and updated.The facility is in great shape and the staff were excellent. Being our first time to Kauai we visited many different locations and this was centrally located. There are restaurants, grocery and shops. The shoreline walk starts there and goes for miles
Remarkable!
This property is located in a convenient spot on the island - 30 minutes really from either the north or the south side, and by a lot of restaurants and places to shop. The unit itself is dated but was clean - the only thing I can think of is there isn't any air conditioning and it got pretty stuffy during the day and overnight. The property manager himself was fantastic and EXTREMELY quick to respond to any question I had, so that was great!
