Named 'Paradise on the Beach' at Sunset Beach by many guests this premier Direct Beachfront two-story, two large bedrooms, three full baths, executive style house affords the best in style and luxury on the North Shore. This very private and quiet gated beachfront property sits on over 55+ feet of white sandy beach with direct ocean views of Sunset Beach from every room in the house, including the kitchen. You will afford the best location, the best property with the best price the North Shore has to offer.
The property is designed with high vaulted ceilings in both the upstairs bedrooms, berber carpet throughout, walk out sliding glass doors upstairs and downstairs and windows which encompass the natural surroundings of the Pacific Ocean around you. The master bedroom opens to the outside balcony via Anderson double wood sliding glass doors with spectacular direct 180' views of the Pacific Ocean, and the white sand beaches of Sunset Beach.
From the downstairs living room and dining room you can step directly out onto the patio deck with sweeping ocean views of Sunset Beach. In addtion you can walk out to the beach directly from the backyard to Sunset Beach and Pipeline.
The property comes furnished to the highest quality standard with tasteful and elegant custom imported koa and mahogany furniture throughout the house. Bed linens are high quality 400 count 100% combed cotton as well as the bath towels. Beach towels are provided for each guest as well.
The huge double room master suite includes a king bed and an additional sofa sleeper in the adjoining sitting area, along with a 42" Samsung Smart LCD/LED Flat Screen HDTV and surrond sound system. The master bedroom upstairs opens to the outside balcony with 180' panoramic ocean views overlooking Sunset Beach and the Pacific Ocean. In addition, the master bathroom comes complete with a double granite vanity countertop and private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a pillow-top queen bed, an additional futon couch, its own private full bath and ocean views. All three bathrooms have custom made granite counter tops.
The large gourmet kitchen boasts all G.E. stainless steel appliances as well as a G.E. four burner gas stove, microwave and convection oven for all your dining at the property. Coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, blender and toaster are also standard fare in the kitchen.
Enjoy outside barbecues on the sun deck with the gas BBQ grill and your favorite drink while watching whales swim by as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. Listen to the waves crash on the shore as you tan on lounge chairs on the patio deck or on your own private beach directly outside. Watch the 'Pipeline Pro' and World-class surfers tackle the huge waves of Sunset Beach and Rocky Point from the backyard or balcony of the master suite during the winter. Stroll down to the beach from the backyard for a swim, surf, beach walk or snorkel during the summer. Afterwards, rinse off in the outdoor hot shower under the warm trade winds. This beachfront estate is truly a gem on the North Shore.
The property comes standard with high speed WiFi internet access throughout the house, two large Samsung Smart LCD/LED HDTV's, with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube as well as many other streaming TV and Movie Apps along with a Bose Theater Surround Sound System. There is also an office desk and office chair upstairs with blazing fast internet speed via an ethernet cable if you need to check in with the office back home while you watch the waves lapping on the beach directly in front of you!
The property is located on the most desirable stretch of beach on the North Shore called the 'Seven Mile Miracle' at Sunset Beach.
Enjoy riding the miles of bike paths that run along the length of the North Shore from Sunset Beach all the way to Waimea Bay directly from the property with the three beach bikes that are provided. Less than 1/4 mile away is the famous Teds Bakery and less than two miles away along the bike path is the Foodland Supermarket at Sharks Cove with many delicious dining options, surf shops and the Coffee Bean coffee shop. Take a day and try shark diving in Haleiwa just a 15 minute drive from the house or try the newest attraction, the North Shore Zipline located just 15 minutes from the house in Kahuku for the highest multiple Ziplines in Hawaii.
Turtle Bay Resort and Spa is a short five minute drive where you can find the best fine dining restaurants on the North Shore, as well as the best golfing Hawaii has to offer. Site of the former Senior PGA and LPGA tours the Turtle Bay Golf Course offers 36 spectacular holes of championship golf on two fabulous courses. There is also a first rate spa that can cater to any of your special needs along with the Jamie O'brien surf experience for those that want to try surfing lessons on the North Shore.

What an amazing property to stay at! Our bucket list trip of “Christmas in Hawaii” was exceptional. The property is incredibly spacious, which worked out well for our three teenagers. Perfectly situated in the north Shore, close to iconic beaches, grocery stores and shops. The ocean waves were a real-life sound machine each night. Glenn was incredibly responsive and easy to plan the trip with. We did a day at Waikīkī, Pearl Harbor, walked to the waterfall at Waimea Valley and saw an amazing performance at Tao Luau. The UTV tour at Kualoa Ranch was definitely a highlight for the family as well. Don’t hesitate on booking paradise on the beach!
Glenn, the host, was very respondive, gave great instructions and had the house exactly like it was described. The house is in a fantastic location. All the amenities that were needed were there and everything worked. We would highly recommended it to anyone going to the North Shore.

Amazing property right on the beach! We had a wonderful stay, neighborhood is quiet and the beach is stunning and easily accessible. The sound of the ocean and the breeze at night made it so comfortable. We didn’t need much but Glenn was always responsive to questions and gave great suggestions for food options in the area. The house had everything we needed, everyone was happy and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

This house sits right on the shore and you can hear the waves all night long! For us it was a convenient location to explore the island and be out of the Honolulu rush. There is a grocery store and several places to eat a short drive away, as well as an adequate kitchen. The pictures of the furnishings/decor are accurate and the beds and sofas are extremely comfortable. One drawback, if you have a larger group there isn't a good place for everyone to sit together comfortably aside from the dining room table (e.g. the living room only has a 3 seater sofa and two wooden arm chairs in their own area to the side). There were a few minor issues with items not working, but the owner was responsive to all communication, remedied our issues ASAP, and made sure we had a local contact as well. As noted in the description, there is no AC. With the ocean breezes this wasn't a problem during our stay; the evenings and early mornings were very pleasant although it did get a bit warm at the peak of the afternoon heat. However, it is something to keep in mind if you plan to visit during the hottest months of the year. All in all it is a beautiful and comfortable house in a great location with a top notch host! Great value and I'd love to stay here again.
This house really is right on the beach. Amazing waves and going to sleep with the sound was a long forgotten pleasure. Well appointed place with lots of fans. Nice kitchen. Good location.
First, the view. You can’t get any better than the waves crashing right past the backyard. Simply beautiful. Beach had a sense of privacy. We could see surfers and beachgoers but our section was quiet. We were near everything. Second, the house. Big and open with fresh ocean breezes blowing in day and night. Beautiful home with a Hawaiian feel. Very clean. We definitely recommend this property and would love to return. feel
Really enjoyed the house and location. Glenn was really good with communication and the house was comfortable and clean. There is a bike/walking path all the way down to Sharks Cove or up past Sunset Beach to keep youoff the main highway.
It was great to be beach front at beautiful North Shore. House is very good. There are a few issues I think must be stated. Garage is small for full size SUV, as the car should stay outdoors so that the trunk could open. There is no direct beach access during big wave season. Due to erosion, I would say backyard is a place to always keep your eyes on your children. Silverware was enough for one meal. We enjoyed our stay!

The view from the house is absolutely stunning. The house itself and furniture are dated, but all in absolutely good working condition. Beds and linens are very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but the ocean breeze keeps the house comfortable pretty much at all times. At no point were we suffering from heat. Good excuse to get out in the water too. If you want access to the water, a fabulous view, and a house for 4 then this is your spot.

We spent a week here, enjoying ocean views from the back patio. The location is great, and the host gives good detailed instructions and is very responsive. The furniture etc is pretty dated, and the kitchen wasn't as well fitted out as would expect. For the price I expected a little more, though we had a nice time there.
As a family of 6 (with kids aging from 2 years old to 8 years old) this house was just the right size. It is located at a perfect spot on Sunset Beach, and the outdoor patio and grass were great for the kids. I was thankful to find plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a handful of sand toys and some snorkel masks! Glenn was SUPER accommodating and a wonderful host. We had a special request and he was more than helpful to meet it!
Loved our time on Sunset beach at this great beach house. Easy beach access, great views, house was clean and well cared for. We swam every day in front of the house, loved walking to Ted’s bakery, and ease of exploring the north shore from this location. Great communication with the owner, check in and out was easy. Highly recommend for your Sunset beach vacation.

This was a beautiful home - right on the ocean! Here are some of the outstanding things - 1- Master- main bed - great mattress - sheets ( could have used another pillow ) but lovely - opening to the ocean - balcony upstair was used more than downstairs patio 2 - Kitchen - pretty well stocked - blender - pans 3 - beach things - umbrella - chairs - beach towels - they had bikes but we didnt use as it is busy area after you get out behind the gates Felts safe - felts comfortable - It isn't cheap but you pay for the LOCATION and comfort We still love the N SHore and hope to come back some day again sooner vs later THANK YOU
