Located along the serene shoreline of Waimanalo on Oahu’s windward coast, the villa sits in one of the island’s most naturally beautiful and peaceful communities. Known for its expansive stretch of powdery white sand and turquoise waters, Waimanalo Beach offers a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere. Surrounded by the lush Koʻolau mountains, the area blends local charm with breathtaking scenery, while still just a short drive to Kailua’s shops, dining, and conveniences.

For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $250 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. Waimanalo is a peaceful, residential neighborhood best explored by car, and having your own set of wheels is highly recommended to make the most of your stay. That said, getting around is very manageable without one. A public bus stop is conveniently nearby, providing affordable transit connections toward Kailua to the north and Hawaii Kai and Honolulu to the west. For more flexibility, both Uber and Lyft operate in the area, making it easy to get to and from restaurants, beaches, and attractions without worrying about parking. The property is within walking distance of Waimanalo Beach, and nearby conveniences like Kalapawai Cafe, Keneke`s, and Shima`s Supermarket are a short stroll or quick drive away along the highway. Honolulu and Waikiki are approximately 45 minutes by car, making this a wonderfully peaceful retreat that still keeps you connected to everything the island has to offer.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.
