*New* Fall Sale Waikoloa Lanai Views with Pool, Tennis and Family Games

It was a bit confusing getting updates and details from VRBO and Vacasa at the same time. it would be clearer to choose one communication method. It was unclear on which pool/gym facility to access. Security said we did not have access to the main one and that our unit was only supposed to access the facility the workers use. That seemed odd.

Well maintained and decorated. Amazing views of ocean and sunsetsDownside was the noise from the from the condo above us on the second floor. Being on the first floor you can hear every footstep of the occupants above.

Condo was clean and had all the essentials for a beach vacation. Disappointed that the 2nd bedroom did not have a/c and was quite warm. Property manager was not very helpful upon checking in due to us staying in a private rental. Had to return a 2nd time to get pool access key. Pool and hot tub area was very nice,once we were able to enter.

Overall, the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not do a good job in preparing the unit. On arrival the master bathroom had unflushed urine in the bowel and the bath towles were somewhat covered with long black hairs. For a resort style location, the most disappointing factor (due to the poor building construction) we were subjected to what could only be described as a herd of elephants above us, as our upstairs neighbours traversed in their unit. Irregardless of the time of the day, this loud, constant stomping persisted so much so that it triggered migraines for 2 family members.We also encountered an infestation of ants in the kitchen, which made it annoying when preparing food, The overall location offered lots of amenities which worked well for the family, and convenient access for all points on the island. The sunset view was spectacular from master bedroom lanai. We thank the host for all the timely communication and assistance with booking the unit.

Very good rental. Some cobwebs and dust around. Comfortable beds. Furnishing and building feel older but everything functional. Kitchen and lights labeled. Has beach towels toys snorkel boogie board. Pool nice. About 40 mins from Kona. Beautiful black sand beach near by.

We loved staying at this condo. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. We had a few issues but they were taken care of fast and professionally.

I love staying in Waikoloa. Personally I like going to different beaches so being at this location you can have your pick, plus travel to Hilo or Wiamea. The property was clean and many items that we could use for the beach such as beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers, though I bring some of these items myself. A nice starter kick was ready for us as well, dish soap, paper towels and many items in the kitchen. I always wish that these condos tell you what type of coffee pots they have. We needed pods at the last one and this was a drip pot. Filters were left over so that was helpful. We had multiple issues with wifi. It never worked. Their TV ran on Wifi too. I spent 24 hrs with the management company trying to figure out and then, I had to set up the TV on my account. I had school and work while on vacation so wifi was important. The main road in right below the condo. Beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets, turkeys! And then the sound of cars. Just an fyi. I'm used to being on the golf course. Beds are super comfortable and plenty of closet space!!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo, very clean and great location. When I had a question and called the Vacasa number I received very friendly, immediate help. The pool and grounds are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning was great. Easy location to store and beaches!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location! Instructions and reminders were clear and concise. We loved our time there.
