Bali Hai 1-bedroom resort in fantastic Princeville with Pool & Hot tub

Had to request for A/C if needed for the room

If you are in a pinch and don't mind not knowing what type of suite you will get then booking timeshares work. The photos and type of suite will vary and I don't recall anything at booking that said it was a downstairs unit, however that is what I was told by Wyndham who manages the property when checking in. Beware too of the "upgrade to a 2-bdrm" when booking a 1 bdrm. My expericence at Bali Hai and Ka Eo Kai meant a worse location. Ask for what you booked...

We were expecting one bedroom unit but were “upgraded” to three bedrooms unit because the one BR unit wasn’t available when we checked in. Although 3BR was more than we needed, we felt that the location of the unit feels less of privacy. The unit was no shoes indoor policy but the floor was dirty. The receptionists were little unfriendly at both our check in and check out. Amenities were excellent and parking was easy. Good community and location.

The Wyndham - Bali Hai was wonderful. Conveniently located across from Maikai Golf Course, the accommodations were clean, well stocked with nice pool towels, bath towels, coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc. Food trucks were nearby and provided a variety of delicious and affordable meals. Restaurants and grocery store were also nearby. Chris was very friendly and on the ball, communicating promptly and was very helpful. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The host was very responsive and made the experience great.

The resort was just as nice as the pictures. The room was clean and stocked with dishes and pans to cook yourself if you want to. The resort is only about 10 minutes from Hanalei Bay if you would rather go out.

My sister and I loved staying at this property! Chris was kind enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite as we were visiting after my sister ran the LA Marathon. The location was perfect, and we everyone who worked on the premises was so nice. The fitness center, pool, and activities were great. Would highly recommend.

Chris was great to deal with. He was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house.

Fabulous location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay they really took time to accommodate our needs. Christopher on Vrbo was a great help during the booking process and with all the questions I had prior to staying. Vincent was a great concierge during our stay and even helped us get local discounts on attractions and activities. All in all this place is great whether you’re staying with family or with your spouse. There plenty to do and see!
