Our expansive property features two distinct buildings: the main house and the Ohana all with king-sized bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Step into the Garden Suite, which opens to a serene entry garden, complete with a private entrance and full bath for your convenience. The cozy Spa Room, located just off the main living area, features a private bath and direct access to the outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a private primary bedroom sitting above the kitchen with views of the ocean from the shower and bedroom. The primary suite boasts a full soaking tub, walk-in shower with ocean and mountain views, and full black-out curtains for lazy mornings.
The Ohana, connected to the primary residence by a breezeway, boasts a spacious second master suite with a king-size bed, dual vanity bathroom, and a picturesque lanai overlooking the ocean—ideal for enjoying sunsets with a view. Beneath the Ohana, you’ll find a fantastic flex space equipped with a large 70” flat screen, a pull-out sofa, peloton, office area, a sizable fridge, and a small gym with AC, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Please note that a 7-night minimum stay is required, encompassing the dates of December 22nd-January 5th. We will not conduct arrivals on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. (December 25th and January 1st).

The home is situated on a beautiful property in the midst of a coffee and macadamia grove making for a very peaceful stay. The beds are comfortable as well as the home’s furniture.Our family stayed in the Ohana, main home and cottage, which gave each group their own space. Having an en-suite in each room is nice and the kitchen was well equipped to serve the whole group. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely be back!

This property is stunning and very well maintained. The view from the pool is even more beautiful in person. We rented both the main house and the cottage which was perfect for 11 of us. There were actually 3 separate living spaces which was perfect for our family to each feel like they had their own space but then also have a common area to hang out and be together. The house had everything we needed from coffee pots to cooking utensils, shampoo, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats, a peloton, etc. - all the details were thought of. The property managers were super responsive and welcoming. No complaints! Hope to be able to return!
Love everything about this home - we loved relaxing here and the pool is wonderful. I’ll repeat what others have said: The extra cost for the pool heat is worth it!!!
The property is absolutely lovely with a marvelous view of the ocean to begin and end your day. We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations to fully appreciate the "big island". Every amenity has been perfectly thought out at this expansive and wonderful vacation property. Certainly one of the most well stocked and spectacular locations I have stayed in the islands. You will not be disappointed! If I had any minor quibbles it would be an unexplainable smell from under the kitchen sink area we never could figure out and the lack of bathrooms which are not located inside private bedrooms. But really, the pros far outweigh any minor inconveniences and the property is truly a gem overall.
Great indoor/outdoor living, smart casual style, amazing pool and hot tub, spectacular view, complete privacy, close to Kona. We had such a great time at the Aolani House and Cottage. Make sure to request the heated pool—we didn’t realize this so the pool was a bit chilly the first day. The weather was amazing for our trip in January. The house comes with lots of beach gear, but no surf boards unfortunately. We got Shaka Tacos takeout multiple times. Overall, we are very discerning travelers but we felt right at home and super comfortable and had an amazing time!
If you need a recharge to life, stay here. This place is so peaceful and feels very private. We spent majority of our time in the pool. (We had it heated, I would definitely recommend that) Also, highly recommend getting a massage from Harmony. Everyone was in bliss afterwards.
Absolutely the best home we ever stayed at. The house was gorgeous and very well taken care of. They thought of everything. Heather was awesome! Took care of our every need!
