Anini Vista Drive Estate is a stunning multi-structure property designed for comfort, flexibility, and effortless island living. The main house features a first-floor primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom, along with an office that includes a twin trundle and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, guests will find a king bedroom with an en suite bath, as well as two additional queen bedrooms that share a bathroom, perfect for families or groups traveling together. The separate guest house offers even more space to relax and unwind, with a first-floor media room featuring two twin trundles, a living room with a pull-out queen couch, and a pool bath with shower for easy post-swim access. Upstairs in the guest house, a spacious suite includes both a king bed and a queen bed with its own en suite bathroom, creating a private retreat within the estate.
5 night minimum booking required

House is great and kept immaculate!
Absolutely perfect and breathtaking. All our needs were met. Leticia was above and beyond helping us with anything and everything.
Wonderful resort-style house! The pool especially was spectacular and a huge hit with our teenagers. The only critiques (meant in a positive way) - change those dinner knives! - a fancy design but impractical - they can't rest against the plate without twisting around and they fall off when the plate is lifted. Also the wine glasses are huge, would be better if downsized. But these are minor complaints, our family group were very happy with the overall experience and the location, which is a short drive from Hanalei, Hanalei Bay Beach, Anini Beach and the spectacular One Hotel at Princeville.
We rented this peoperty for a party of 9 friends. We had the the best time we have ever had in Hawaii! The place was amazing with great views and Prime location. 15 min drive to Hanalei bay and all amenities. Easy jog to the closest beach which was about 1.5 miles away. Well stocked kitchen, extra linnens and towel with seprate towels for the pool. It also has a complete laundry room so you can freshen up pool towels, clothes etc. The main attraction was the pool and the hot tub with a waterfall. The pool is not heated but you can request it to be heated for an extra price but really we never felt the need to heat the pool as the hot tub is next to the pool. If you get cold, hop into the hot tub! There is a dedicated concierge assigned to the property so you can book trips, massages, luau, private chef and a host of other options. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and we felt well taken care for. The check in check out process was a breeze. Things to improve... Mostly small stuff and these are more suggestions then critique. It would be nice to have some yard games. There are some pool floats and beach stuff like chairs and coolers but a set of Bachi balls or corn hole would be nice. Not all bathrooms have hairdryers. Citronella candles would be helpfull for the lanai dinning area as mosquitos show up in the evening. Again not a deal breakers but just suggestions. If planning to stay Northshore Kuai, this is hands down the place to stay!
