Excellent location for a beach getaway
The house was in an awesome location off a dead-end road with very little traffic. It was perfect. The only problem we had with the houses. It was not clean. The floors were filthy. Hadn’t been swept or mopped, and all the linens were moist and smelled badly . The furniture in the entire house was old and rundown, and not comfortable. The patio furniture was in even worse condition no pads on the wooden chairs that were not body friendlyhorrible.
A beautiful home directly across from the beach sand. No resorts at Anini beach so it is relaxing. No fighting for a lounge at the resort. The waves break far out and it is shallow and calm walking out more than 100 yards. Excellent.
The view is absolutely amazing and the house is pretty but there is no air conditioning, the road in front of the house has HUGE HUGE potholes. The bathrooms need a massive deep cleaning on walls and doors. There must also be rips in the screens as we had a junk load of bugs/ knots in the house and we didn’t keep the doors open. The view and proximity to beach was amazing but for the money we spent there were huge disappointments
Beautiful view from the porch, with a sandy beach right in front of you. The house has all you need to enjoy the beach! The owners are very accommodating and quick to reply.
A home you will respect just as your own; 50 feet from the water on the northern shore of Kauai. Interesting, is the sacred Hawaiian volcanic rock formation that remains in the lower level…
The location of the property is amazing!! However, the photos listed are not very recent and they look to be 4-5 years old. Home needs some updating and there were items that needed repair or fixing.
We absolutely love this property and have stayed here previously but I feel the house could of been cleaner. The pillows were dirty and there was mold. It just needs a good cleaning. Overall, it was great.
Beautiful Beach House. Anini Beach good for snorkeling and swimming and not too crowded.
