*New* Anini Beach Estate with Guesthouse, Steps to Sand TVNC#4218

Anini beach was the perfect location for our family’s Kauai vacation, and the house and guesthouse was the perfect accommodation. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the grounds are lush and green, everything you’d expect from the garden isle. We particularly loved the citrus grove and fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings. The beach is accessible directly across the street for swimming, snorkeling, and lengthy beach walks. I just wish I had brought my standup paddle board! The only thing wrong with this house is that we couldn’t stay longer. I would definitely come back again :)

This is such a great rental! Perfectly situated on one of the best snorkeling beaches of Kauai—you are literally right across the street! Great beach for kids to swim and play! The house has a great floor plan and the extra cottage was amazing for our parents to have extra privacy and down time. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up early and watching the wild pigs come through the yard and then all the birds waking up with the sun…my morning coffee will never be the same after this house! I will definitely be renting this property again!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and the house and mother in law was perfect! We were able to cook family meals and eat out on the patio while enjoying the view. The best thing about this home is the location to the beach - we had two toddlers with us and two teens so we were able to go back and forth to the beach and house with ease! It’s just across the street. The beach was beautiful, not busy, and we saw turtles and fish as we snorkled just off the beach by the house. As an FYI for future renters - there is only one beach chair - we ended up renting some items through baby quip and rented beach chairs, beach blanket, and a wagon to transport items during our stay. Otherwise, house had all items we needed. We hope to come back! Thank you for a beautiful week!

My partner and I booked this house for our wedding trip. There was a total of 7 people including us. We stayed in the back guest house and our family stayed in the bigger main house so we could have our privacy. The space of both homes was perfect for everyone. The property is stunning with lush green surrounding it and a huge backyard. There is no AC which I thought might be an issue because my husband and his family are from Texas, run hot and always prefer AC bumping all the time. But the amount of fans and windows in each room and the sliding door in the living room, keeps the air flowing nicely throughout the day and at night it’s surprisingly cool. It reached a high of about 87 everyday we were there to give you an idea. There are tons of windows in all of the bedrooms and if the shutters are open, the air flows in well but make sure they’re open. I will say the upstairs loft isn’t as cool because heat rises and air isn’t flowing as well up there but there are fans and if it were kids staying up there or people who can sleep easily in any condition, probably wouldn’t be a bothered at all. The house is literally a 1min walk across the street to Anini Beach. We would walk over all throughout the day to hang or just take a morning or evening dip. The house comes with beach supplies like floaties and snorkeling gear and also has a convenient faucet at the bottom of the steps of the front door to rinse your feet after going to the beach. It’s located conveniently to all the places we wanted and need to go to. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals everyday. I’d definitely stay here again! This place was the best price for how close it is to the beach and how big and well taken care of it is.

Fabulous location for Anini Beach access. Lucious landscaping with orange and lime trees providing fresh fruit. Spacious home and adjacent cottage with plentiful parking. Very clean and well kept. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Modern plumbing fixtures with mostly walk-in showers. Outdoor shower and multiple rinsing stations allow for easy clean-up of people and beach equipment and keep sand out of the home. Picnic table on the deck provided comfortable gathering place in the evenings. We visited in the second week of June and found the daytime heat inside the house to be extremely uncomfortable despite the many fans operating on 'high'. Evening brings some relief.

We had an amazing girls trip at this house with 5 adults and 1 teen it was the perfect number of beds for all of us. Would be perfect for 4 couples and 2 kids able to climb a ladder as well. We'd wake up, make coffee and then take the short stroll across the street to the beach access. Snorkeling gear and floaties were available for a few of us to really enjoy the reef and calm waters at Anini. The location was just perfecct for relaxing and enjoying time with friends. We even picked a few oranges and lemons from the back yard to add to our meals.

Right across from Anini Beach. Perfect for families with small kids/infants to play in the calm reef waters! We had an amazing time!

The house along with the guest house made for a perfect family vacation. The best part was being able to grab a chair and walk across the street to the beach. The house is well stocked with cookware and conveniently located close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had the absolute best stay at this beautiful home on Anini during our family Christmas vacation. It’s not often that you walk into a vacation rental and say “Wow, it’s even more beautiful and more spacious than in the photos”. And the beach just across the street, magic! There were 8 adults (4 couples) and two toddlers in our group and it couldn’t have been a better fit for us. The main home & cottage were stocked with everything we could have needed during our weeklong stay, the kitchen features, cooking supplies and dining ware were especially impressive. The bedding was lovely, and the linens (including beach towels) exceeded our expectations. We loved the open air feel, every room has view of the beautiful greenery surrounding the property. However, the vented windows do also mean that the resident rooster gives you an early wake up call - but it wouldn’t be Kauai without that! The children in our group were too young to use the loft, but we all said that it would be so fun for older children! The beach toys were a nice surprise, we did have to rent beach chairs - could be a nice thing for the owner to supply in the future. We also would have loved to have some lawn games (corn hole, etc) and lawn chairs as we spent a lot of time in the backyard in the evenings. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with our family - would love to return and have already recommended this home to a few friends!

This property was perfect for our family of 10. It is beautifully maintained, clean, and in a beautiful location. All pictures and amenities were true to listing. Secluded area and easy access to beautiful Anini Beach. We had no issues with temperature and not having AC. It was even better to have the shutters open and there were plenty of fans. And yes, the roosters are there to greet you bright and early! Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the beauty surrounding you!

This is the best rental on Anini Beach. All appliances are up to date and the beds are top notch. You won’t beat this location, right across the road from the beach access. The beach at this end of Anini beach is mostly deserted.

The house and studio were great! Comfortable and nice furnishings. There is no air conditioning, but plenty of fans and the many windows in each room open and let the breeze in and we were all comfortable in early November. Every room in both the house and studio has great views of an incredible tropical tree and plant oasis! Very private and secluded, the outdoor enclosed shower was a hit! Almost felt like staying in a tree house. Absolutely beautiful ❤️ and beach access was right across the road which was fantastic for all of us especially our toddler grandkids. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic property and location!

This house has some great features, some not-so-great features, and some serious issues with maintenance and management. First, the good news: it's a spacious house (actually two houses) with a smart floor plan. Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had no trouble fitting in, and the overall feel was great. The location is fantastic if you are looking for easy access to a quiet beach. The beach is literally across the street and down a short path, and Anini Beach is a perfect beach for small children and swimmers, protected as it is by an offshore reef. An absolutely beautiful spot. The main downside of the house is that the main living / dining / kitchen area, and the primary bedroom, are both very warm in the afternoon and evening. My wife and I almost gave up the big bedroom for a small one just because it was so hot in our bedroom. In the end, we didn't, but we regret it. There were plenty of fans, and we had them all running, but it got very hot. Other issues with the house: absolutely no storage space for food (we ended up piling groceries in the laundry room). And, important to know: no spices, oils, or anything like that that we usually expect to find in a well-stocked kitchen. This meant we had to spend a lot more on groceries than we normally would. The reason we would not rent this house again, however, is the quality of the management and maintenance. It was our first Vacasa rental, and though they were always polite and professional, the house was not well maint

The house was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The beach was beautiful. Had the best time!

The location is so close to the beach and the home itself is beautiful. It felt like home.
