PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Very nice time
Everything was lovely! The only issue was location - as it’s next to the road it’s not the quietest place ever. It’s ok as long as you’re cool with that.
Nice homey spot. Fantastic big and comfy couches. Could use a little sprucing of bath mats/towels, etc however.
I do NOT recommend this rental. House was dirty and furniture worn and dirty. House is worn out overall. Considering the cost to rent it was a huge letdown.
Dirty home. Non functioning appliances. Safety issues everywhere. Do NOT choose this property, you will be disappointed. VRBO does nothing to help resolve issues at property.
Accommodations were great and location, proximity to the beach was amazing
The house is right across the street from one of the best beaches in Kauai with great snorkeling and no waves, perfect for kids. The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The dryer broke and someone came within a day of us reporting it to fix it. There was no AC but we didn't find we needed it at all. It was a fantastic house for families. We can't wait to return
We had a great time at the house. Communication was super clear and helpful and the house is 2 minutes away from the beach
