The living space is furnished in Hawaiian style, offering air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a lanai that's accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. Each bedroom features a king-size bed while the loft has two double beds.

Hanalei Bay Resort has many excellent amenities available to guests staying here and is one of the many reasons guests keep coming back! Explore the free-form lagoon pool overlooking Hanalei Bay and surrounded by waterfalls, lush tropical gardens, and a spa tucked away in a grotto carved from volcanic rock. THINGS TO KNOW:

Hanalei Bay Resort fees are due at check-in to the resort and are collected by the front desk. These include a one-time fee of $50 per reservation, a reservation fee of $6.75 for every non-owner reservation request, a $25 a day resort fee, and a $20 fee per car a day for parking.

Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed.

This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 3. There is no elevator.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

IMPORTANT: The Lagoon Spa is currently under maintenance and we do not have an exact date when it will be fixed. The pool is still accessible during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
