Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, tennis and swimming. Amazing views of the ocean, sunsets, Maui, the Kohala Coast, Beaches, and Hualalai, Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea mountains. Our home is stocked with clean sheets, clean towels, amenities, washer and dryer inside. Kitchen with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils. WiFi, Cable, and a 2-car garage stocked with beach gear. Large grass backyard is beautiful and relaxing. You will love the breeze flowing through the home!

The standard rate is for the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, which sleeps up to 8 people in beds:
* King-size bed in master suite, with on-suite master bathroom and double vanity
* Queen-size bed in the second bedroom
* 2 twin beds in the third bedroom
* Queen-size bed in fold-out futon in master bedroom
* King suite bonus room: Sleeps up to 2 more in a king-size bed, also has a queen-size fold-out futon and features a private entrance, wet bar, refrigerator/freezer, full bathroom and full laundry in suite.

Full access to home and 2-car garage.
Guests also have access to the Waikoloa community pool, tennis courts, and discounted golf at the Waikoloa Village golf course.
Other things to note
Guests are provided with 2 Amenities Cards for use at the Waikoloa Village Homeowners Association. Each card allows up to 5 guests with access to the community Pool, Tennis Courts, and local rate for golf at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. The HOA's replacement charge of $25 per card will be passed on to the guest for any Amenities Cards that are not left at the house upon checkout.
Sand in house fee of $50. No sand is allowed in the house. Please remove any sand before entering the house. We do provide a broom, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner for light clean-up. However, sand in the house causes problems, including additional wear and tear on the floors and furniture, and creates more clean-up for housekeeping.
An excess laundry fee of $50 per load will be charged if more than 4 loads of laundry are required by maid service after checkout.
Trash is to be placed in lined trash cans in the garage. Trash pickup is every Monday. Trash bags are provided, and the trash must be in plastic bags that are tied at the top, and not open. Please place trash bags at the end of the driveway by 7AM to avoid missing pickup. Trash collection service is paid by the host, and compliance is required by the guests. If trash is not disposed on Mondays and is allowed to build up and remain on the property, an additional $100 trash removal fee will be charged to the guest. Guests checking out on Sunday or Monday are required to follow the trash collection instructions, bag all trash from the property and place at the street for Monday morning collection.
Lost Key Charge is $50 per key. For the safety and security of future guests, the locks must be changed or re-keyed after a lost key experience. Please note that it actually costs us much more than this. We prefer to not charge this fee ever, and this disclosure it simply to motivate our guests to not lose the house keys, just like at your own house. For record, we provide 1 house key in the lockbox. Once inside the house, we provide an additional two sets of house keys. The garage side door access is keyed the same as the front door, so that the guests can access the garage without opening the electric garage door in front of the house. There is also one key for the downstairs king suite bonus room, which has a seperate entrance. The total number of keys for the upstairs house is 3 house/garage keys and 1 key for the downstairs king suite bonus room.
To accommodate our guests who like to grill at home, we provide a portable propane Barbecue (BBQ) located in the garage, along with a spare propane tank. Please wheel the BBQ out to the driveway for use, and return it to the garage when finished, after the unit has cooled. We like to place the BBQ at the corner of the driveway, near the stairs to the house, for proximity convenience. Please keep the BBQ away from the house when grilling, to avoid carbon residue on the house. As tempting as it might be, please do not move the BBQ to the lanai for use. If we wanted it there, we would place it there. The carbon cleanup is a burden, and it creates smoke/carbon stains and residue on all of the lanai surfaces and furniture. BBQ use on the lanai results in a $100 fee, to help cover the additional cost of cleaning the area and/or moving the BBQ back to its proper location in the garage.
Upon Checkout all trash should be placed in lined trashcans or trashbags in the garage. If checkout is on Sunday or Monday, please put the trashbags out to the street for pickup, as described in the trash instructions above.
Basic Cable TV is included in the upstairs house and the downstairs king suite bonus room. It is the guest's responsibility to pay for any premium channel purchases.

Guests booking this STVR hereby agree to the following rules:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
- Guests vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. No guest parking is allowed on the street.
- The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
The house utilizes a solar hot water heater system, in order to help the environment and to save energy. The hot water heater has an electric assist that runs from 5AM until 12AM, ensuring that guests have hot water from early morning until late night. Hot water availability from 12AM to 5AM is limited to the hot water that is stored in the hot water tank. We recommend that anyone showering do so before 12AM. If the hot water is consumed between 12AM and 5AM, it takes until approximately 5:30 AM for the water to get hot again in the morning. Please plan your hot water usage accordingly.
Upon Checkout, all access doors to the house and garage must be locked, with lights out, and the key replaced in the lockbox.
