Nestled on the picturesque South Maui coastline, Aloha Villas Resort offers a luxurious beachfront retreat for your next family gathering. This stunning 4-villa complex provides an unparalleled oceanfront experience, combining spacious accommodations, world-class amenities, and breathtaking views. The property consist of 4 individual condos. Two of the villas are single level three bedroom, three bath condos with amazing 180 degree oceanviews. The other two units are three bedroom three and a half two story condos with great south facing oceanviews. The ideal occupancy for each villas is six guests. We don't have sleeper sofas. The ideal max occupancy for the resort is 24. There is a roll away cot in each unit so you could accommodate 28 people.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with my family, brothers and sisters and their families . We rented the whole place- 4 separate villas to give each family privacy but the perfect amount of gathering space. The house was stocked with everything you could think of and then some! The only complaint was that we had to leave! "a hui hou"
No detail, communication or service was less than spectacular. From the fully equipped villas to games and lush greenery, we enjoyed our home in paradise for two weeks. Thank you to Jude and Mary for promptly responding to our needs throughout our stay.
My wife and I rented all 4 units at Aloha Villas for a week long stay on Maui. We had 10 adults and 9 children and we couldn't have found a better location on the island. Each family had their own 3 bedroom 3 bath units, and there was plenty of living area. Kids really enjoyed the pool area and the grass area near the beach. The units were fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Property Manager Jude was an excellent host! He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the facilities. Even though it's an expensive price tag when you take on all 4 units, it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I highly recommend Aloha Villas!!!@

Great location by the beach and for venturing out daily. The condo is great for a my 2 grown children and our friend. We loved sunsets on the patio and on the beach steps away. I would definitely return!

Great location, great space. Perfect for the three couples that shared the condo with. We would not think twice about renting here again. Jude was great as well always available and responsive when needed.
Property and property manager were great.
This property was perfect for our family gathering. It is exceptionally well-located -- just steps to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Our unit was immaculate; the check-in/check-out process smooth; and Jude, the property manager, cordial and accommodating. Our only complaint was that two of the mattresses were too soft and needed replacing. Jude assured me he would handle that immediately. The kitchen was really well equipped, making meal preparation easy. The property has a collection of beach items including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and other water toys. When we return to Maui, we will definitely choose this property again.
