LUXURY PENTHOUSE 2 BDRM OCEANFRONT BUILDING: Just steps from the beach!

Well kept, loved the decor, beds were comfortable and most important items were available in the kitchen. We do wish there had been more beach items, like boards, coolers, bigger beach towels, etc., and the beach chairs seem to be on their last leg. The floor and showers weren’t as clean as hoped and would’ve been nice to have some basic cleaning items available. Overall, we did love staying here and definitely would stay longer/come back. Complex is always cleaned and good Kihei location. Views were so wonderful with turtles, whales and sunsets!

The condo was very clean and adorable. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond. Parking was easy. The air conditioning is easy to figure out and manage. The washer and dryer are very nice to have. The views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the water from the condo balcony. This is a great place for the family and we enjoyed our time at this condo.

Just like the pictures. Location was great. Very nice having the pool and beach right there. The only frustrations were how dirty the floors were and the front office hours. The floors were so dirty that my daughter (2) would walk around for 5 mins after the shower and her feet would be black. The office hours were inconvenient. We wanted to start our days early and not get back until late afternoon and the office was closed. It took like 3 days before we were able to check in our car.

Quiet complex. New appliances. Air conditioned. Accomodating hosts. Great beach access with sea turtles! Would stay again.

Very nice condo in well maintained complex. Pool was great although some shading would be nice Location is very good, a lot of what we wanted/did while in Maui was close. The condo itself is just as shown in the VRBO pictures. Comfy beds!

The stay was overall good. Seeing turtles swimming/resting right at the beach nearby was amazing!!! Waking up to the mountain/ocean view was an unforgettable experience. The part I wish that had been improved was there weren't enough towels available and we had to do a few loads of laundry while staying. We found strands of hair in the secondary bedroom bedding and master bedroom bathroom cabinets. Overall the place didn't feel clean.

Very nice rental. It had everything we needed.It worked very well for our family of four adults. Enjoyed the rooftop sunsets & conch shell choir! The pool & restaurant were great too. So convenient to Wailea. Love the Island vibe so relaxed and friendly.

The property is a beautifully updated condo unit with incredible ocean views! We could see the sea turtles resting on the rock wall from our balcony each day. The unit is well equipped with all the kitchen amenities one could want including Tupperware for leftovers. There was no shortage of garbage bags, paper towels, TP, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even laundry soap! There is a small but lovely beach in front with an abundance of sea turtles daily. The Indian restaurant downstairs was delicious and I highly recommend. We really enjoyed the small balcony and lovely ocean breeze for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. Often we could just leave the slider open instead of using the air conditioning. The check in and communication with the owner were easy. We did not have any problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

This was our first family trip To Maui and we soon realized that we had found the perfect condo to stage our daily adventures. The central location of Kihei with the restaurants and grocery stores was key. Check in process was a breeze , the grounds were immaculate and Robyn Was super responsive with any questions we had . All in all we had a an amazing trip and this modern condo with all the amenities just added to our experience. Would definitely rent again. Cheers, Mark

Everything with this place is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here, and with the full size twin Murphy bed, it allowed my 1 of my 3 adult children to sleep on a real mattress instead of a sofa bed. I would stay here again.

This unit has been fully renovated with all the latest updates. The kitchen and baths were luxurious. Both bedrooms have king beds too! It was great having both an ocean view and pool view. We were steps away from both. Being on the top floor of the building provided great sunrise and sunset views. The unit is within short driving distance to many shops and restaurants. We would return without hesitation. Enjoyed every single minute.

We enjoyed our stay and it had a beautiful view! The condo was clean upon arrival. The condo itself and view were amazing! We were not crazy about the beach area at this condo. The water looked dirty and it just wasn’t as pretty & blue as other areas in Maui. It wasn’t an issue though as we rented a jeep with intentions of going to many beaches while there. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Modern and clean.

The four of us, two couples, booked this unit for our 40th anniversaries... and it was wonderful! We had an ocean view from the balcony, where we enjoyed coffee every morning and relaxed every night. The access to the beach was great (and we really appreciated the handrails as my husband is a stroke survivor) and the beach was perfect for us. The location was ideal for quick drives to stores or restaurants (when we wanted to eat out). Most everyone we met on property, guests or resident, was very friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue we had was the pool gate code had been changed (apparently this is done often and randomly, which we could understand why) and the office personnel would not tell us the new one. She just said "your host should have emailed it to you". However, other people saw we were staying there and they helped us out with it. We HIGHLY recommend this little slice of paradise... so much so that we're looking forward to going back in the future.

Amazing trip at a wonderful location. This condo was in a perfect spot to access everything in Maui. The condo was clean, very quiet and had an amazing view of the ocean. The property owners were easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations around the island. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo for a great trip!

We had an amazing time. The property is beautiful and very convenient. Had the best time snorkeling and turtle watching at the beach that is literally right there!!! Everything was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!!
