Awesome condo. Felt like we were in the ocean, as it’s jutting out into the water. No white noise needed for sleep. The waves were plenty! Incredible sunsets every night. Easy check in, just a mile from Kona.
Excellent location and view. Will certainly try to return some day. Perfect condo for 4 adults.
Excellent views , well appointed , clean and welcoming. Master bed is great but shower of second bed room didn't work. Not too far from other eating places but no grocery nearby. Uber is available. Very accomodating . Early check out & late check out granted. Would stay again
We stayed in this condo for 8 nights. We found the condo very clean and had all the necessary things for an enjoyable stay. The view was unmatched. We even saw a whale breach twice.
Unit was spotless,view from the linai was incredible ,there was everything you could possibly expect in a rental unit kitchen,bath,and bedroom all completely furnished with all the little extras most properties don’t include.

This place is just a short drive from Kailua-Kona town, and it was an incredible experience. The location was ideal, offering the convenience of being close to town and the sights south of town. One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks each night. The property itself was spotless and had clearly been newly refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Kailua-Kona. I would definitely stay here again!
This condo has everything- brilliant ocean views (right on the water), located a very short drive from restaurants and shops, close to a wonderful swimming beach, and it is a comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a lovely covered balcony. My family and I will definitely return- thank you Betsy for making this an easy experience!!!

Views of ocean were unobstructed and relaxing. Tidal waves coming in constantly but that is what you get for being ocean front. Very calming. Great picture opportunities though. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Poncho.

I still can’t believe we were lucky enough to rent Betsy’s condo on the ocean! It was a vacation straight out of a dream. Condo was super clean and had everything you would ever need plus things you didn’t know you would need! Beds were comfortable and THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW!! None of us wanted to come home! This condo is on the top floor and has a view that can’t be beat. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous and if you like to fall asleep listening to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore below, this is your place. Betsy was a great host and very prompt with communication. The condo was very well-equipped and had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend!
