Beautiful views of the mountains and oceans on the ground floor

The property was perfect for us. Quiet area, close to everything on the North side, beautiful grounds. The kitchen has all the utensils, pans, dishes, etc that you will need. There was dish soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, hand soap in the bathroom, toilet paper, and trash bags. We stayed in May and and were comfortable with the use of the fans. There were 2 snorkel masks and mouth pieces but no flippers so we rented some from Hanalei Surf Company- very reasonably priced. There were two boogie boards, sand toys, four beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, a small cooler and 2 beach bags.

The grounds were beautiful and our place was clean. The inside was a bit outdated and we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and clorox wipes - items that should be well stocked. The towels were pretty stinky and thin; they need to be replaced. The mattress covers on the beds were stained and yellow and could use a refresh as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would probably stay there again.

we absolutely loved staying at this condo in Princeville! The place is gorgeous, super comfy, and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Waking up to those views was unreal, and being so close to beaches, shops, and hikes made exploring Kauai so easy. We can’t wait to come back—it’s definitely a spot we’ll be recommending to everyone!

The condo is very comfortable and includes all the needed features including beach accessories. Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. There is a partial view of the water from across a parking lot between buildings. The area in Princeville is beautiful and a great place to walk, run, golf. It’s only 5 miles from Hanalei Bay which is a favorite. My only downside of this condo is no where to sit and watch the ocean. All in all this condo gets an A- from me.

We loved this place! Beautiful kitchen and view of the gorgeous landscape outside. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk through and the pool is close by.

It was an amazing condo. Great view and Great space. There is turtle cove right down the hill that the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed the chicken and ducks coming to visit us every morning as well. Definitely would go back.

We loved our stay at this condo! We used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and snorkel gear for our beach trips. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was spacious with plenty of room to hang out in the kitchen or living room. Incredible views from every window, and a relaxing lanai. My kids loved swimming at the pool and I loved having a washer/dryer. The location is very safe and convenient, just a short drive to shopping and restaurants in Hanalei as well as several beaches, and you can even walk to Queen’s Bath.

We stayed here for a surprise vacation for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was the most relaxing and wonderful trip. The VRBO was the perfect Hawaii getaway for us and we loved every minute. So grateful to our hosts for this lovely stay!

The views from the condo are gorgeous. Mountains from one side and ocean to the other! The condo is just as pictured and fairly well stocked. We got to the condo complex after dark and it was very hard finding the building as the building numbers are on rocks that were obstructed by foliage. If possible I would 100% recommend getting there before dark. It was a very quiet complex aside from the chickens, but they add to the charm. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and new years. We loved the condo and the complex in general! The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. The sound of the waves and the views of the mountains out the back windows was special. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. We didn’t miss a thing at home! Everyone was comfortable in the beds and the place was clean and comfy. We were surprised how comfortable the temp was without a/c, we all agreed we didn’t miss it. But Kelly did supply a lot of extra fans if needed that didn’t get used. Kelly was an amazing host she was very helpful and responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay and I would without a doubt stay in one of her properties again!

Property is well-loved. Owner helpful via FaceTime as we had difficulty finding with so many look-alike bldgs, but wi-fi can be weak. Only problems were TV was unusable due to inability to lower volume and upstairs occupant who was stomping around at 3:30 am.

We had a great time at this vacation home! It is well stocked with laundry soap, plenty of towels, a curler, blow dryer, some coffee and tea, beach chairs, ice blocks, toys, books, sand toys, and more. The pool on site is heated and clean, and the grounds are so nicely maintained. The chickens that roam the complex are such a fun touch - my toddler had a great time spotting them. The fans kept us cool in April, and we’d definitely come back again! That being said, we had a bit of a hiccup with the lockbox upon arrival which made check in a bit stressful. Then, the password listed for WiFi didn’t work which made it hard for me to contact the property manager. When I did get a hold of the manager, though, she was very helpful and quick to answer my phone calls.

The property is lovely and very well stocked! We had a question upon arrival and Kelly the host responded immediately. The complex is a little bit isolated, but beautifully maintained. It is true you will need a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay here!

Our family absolutely enjoyed staying in Princeville on our trip. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and up-to-date. Close to Hanalei Bay, which we loved! Nice to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available for our use.
