Ainamalu located at the entrance of the Waikoloa Beach Resort road. A 20 minute drive from the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole. Our home is a 3 bedrooms 2 bath (model Kalani). There is a fabulous view of the Mauna Kea mountain, which sometimes during winter displays a beautiful snow capped top.

This home is just as described and shown in pictures. Absolutely beautiful views out the back lanai, and our favorite - the outdoor shower. Perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy all of the beautiful beaches on the west side of Hawaii.
Great house and ideal location. Alan provides all you need for easy self check-in and check-out. We enjoyed golf at Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea and both are only a few minutes drive away. My wife and I walked about 5 miles each morning in the Waikoloa resort - great if you like to walk, jog, run or bike. Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice layout and most everything you need. The best part is that each morning I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the lanai and watch the sun come up over Mauna Kea....fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.
We were able to stay at this perfect home during the busy Ironman week, and it was absolutely perfect for still having great accessibility to open roads, was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit, and felt so peaceful to come back to each day. We would definitely recommend the home to anyone!

Great house. The layout worked very well for our family. Easy to find and the check-in process was a breeze. Several beaches within a 10min drive. For dinning out we had to drive a bit farther, but we were looking for specific Hawaiian cuisines. Really loved this house and it's views.
The house was very nice and clean. Master bath has great walk-in shower, tub, and outside shower. There is beach chairs, coolers, bogey boards, and water shoes provided in garage. Centrally located to great beaches, snorkeling, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Alan’s house is absolutely amazing and provided the perfect space for us to spread out and relax with our 9 year-old daughter and another couple. The master suite is so incredible and we loved the outdoor shower! Made coming home very very hard. Alan was wonderful and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. There are so many lovely touches in this house and the view is just amazing.
Just spent two weeks on the Big Island at Alan's place. It was phenomenal. Sunrise in the backyard each morning was incredible. The place is big and is conveniently located. Truly recommend this place. Alan was a great host.
This year I turned 40yrs old . Big mile stone , well I always wanted to go Hawaii since I was a kid. Well this year I wanted to celebrate it with my husband , my mother and sister. Booking was easy and fast . The atmosphere was relax ,calm and peace. Exactly what we needed after so much struggle after covid. Awesome space for 4 people , all rooms were amazing. Thank you so much.
The house fits well if you are a party of friends. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need. The utility room with washing machine/tumble drier is perfect and the garage directly adjacent to the house is great to access the house.
