The spacious Primary Suite with King bed enjoys access to a private lanai with comfortable furnishings and views. The ensuite bath offers a large soaking tub, and two showers: one indoor and one in a tropical private shower garden.

Guest Suite 2 offers a King bed, an ensuite bath, as well as direct access to a private lanai with sunrise and mountain views.

Guest Suite 3 offers a King bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub and two showers: one indoor and one in a tropical private shower garden. To complete the luxurious suite, there is access to a private lanai with sunrise and mountain views.

The Guest House with the 4th Bedroom offers a King bed, delightful living room area, wet bar and ensuite bath. The spacious sofa in the living area can be converted into a queen bed. The separate guest house offers plenty of space for the whole family or large groups traveling together.

This home is fully air conditioned for your comfort. A large TV for your entertainment in the Great Room, as well as, TVs in each Guest Suite.

Waiulu Street is a favorite location for many of our guests. Just a few minutes via golf cart to the award winning Four Seasons Hotel and amenities, and a short walk to the beach access where you will find the Alakaii Nalu (leaders of the waves) add to the attraction of this area.

Daily Resort Fees are not included in the rental rate of your vacation home and are not required to confirm a rental reservation. However, these fees are necessary if you wish to access the Hualalai Resort amenities.Once your reservation is confirmed, we will forward your contact information to the Hualalai Resort. A representative from the Resort will then reach out to you directly to coordinate amenity access and preferences.

Access to Hualalai Resort amenities is available to our residential guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions.
From January 1, 2025, to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests may elect to obtain Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate.

The Resort Fees are remitted directly to Hualalai Resort, which operates independently of our company. Consequently, we do not oversee the administration of these fees, resort policies, account charges, or resort reservations.

Opting into Resort access ensures a seamless and elevated experience, granting guests use of the full array of Hualalai’s recreational, wellness, dining, and leisure facilities—making your stay at one of Hawaii’s most prestigious destinations truly exceptional.

Please Note: Special Events at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort
The annual Chairman's Club at Hualalai Resort will take place from Monday December 1 through Saturday December 6, 2025. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Please be advised: Our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. We then require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. During Festive Season our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. We also require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. In the event the reservation is canceled by the Guest for any reason, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be withheld from all rental funds received at that time except in the instance of Force Majeure.
